The Metal Llama can be found on the Northwestern edge of the map. It is just a short walk North of Junk Junction.

Once you get to the Metal Llama, head inside it and start moving up via the stairs inside its neck!
Close Up
The Fortbyte will be along the flight of stairs just before you reach the head of the Llama!
