What is an Account for?
In order to play Fortnite Battle Royale, players are required to register for an Epic Games account first. Transactions, crossplatform linking, and game data are saved through the account.

You can either register at the Epic Games website or through the Epic Games Launcher. Just press the sign up button & it will take you to the registration page.
What do you need to Register?
All you need is your name, email address, and unique username. Try to think of a username before registering as this is how you'll be known in the game and how your friends can find you!

Step-by-Step Guide
Sign Up through the Website
Step 1
Go to the Epic Games - Fortnite website and click on the Sign In button. You can find it at the top right corner.
Step 2
Fill out the required fields and don't forget to check the box to agree to Fortnite's Terms of Service. Click the Create Account button once you're done and you now have an Epic Games account!
Register through the Launcher
Step 1
Open your Epic Games Launcher and click on the Sign Up button at the bottom of the Sign In screen.
Step 2
Once you're done filling out your details, check the box to agree to Fortnite's Terms of Service, click on the Create Account button and that's it! You now have an Epic Games account!
Crossplatform Sign Up
Select which platform you want to use are your log in for Fortnite. This will take you to its respective website where you will approve of the registration!
