This helmet has found its way to the futuristic city of Neo Tilted.
Bird's Eye View
On the east end of the city, you'll find Singularity's statue in the middle of the small body of water. That will be your landmark to finding the helmet.
Close Up
The Durr Helmet is on the viewing platform facing Singularity. You can find it on the floor there.

How to Unlock Singularity Durr Style
To unlock the additional Durr Skin Style for the Singularity Skin, you'll need to find the masks representing the style within the game!
Requires SINGULARITY Skin to be equipped
You won't be able to collect the helmet unless you're wearing the SINGULARITY Skin. Make sure to equip the skin at your locker before heading out to collect the mask!
Collect 90 Fortbytes to Get Singularity
You won't be able to find the masks to unlock the skin styles for Singularity without first unlocking the skin. Collect 90 Fortbytes to get her and her styles!
