Altria Caster's Strengths

Protects the Team with Anti-Enforcement Defense

Her Noble Phantasm grants the party an Anti-Enforcement Defense buff, which nullifies incoming damage. This is an extremely powerful effect that can block attacks with Invincible Pierce or Sure Hit, and the number of hits blocked increases up to 5 with Overcharge (OC).

Powerful Debuff Removal

Her NP also removes all debuffs from the party. This is useful for clearing troublesome debuffs in high-difficulty quests and can also handle damage-over-time (DoT) effects like Burn, which Anti-Enforcement Defense cannot block.

Lacks HP Recovery

Altria Caster has no HP recovery skills, which can make prolonged battles difficult if you can't consistently block attacks. However, by repeatedly using her NP, you can keep damage to a minimum and clear most quests.

A Top-Tier Arts Support

Altria Caster can charge the party's NP gauge by up to 30% and a single ally's by an additional 20%. She also provides buffs to NP Gain, Arts cards, and ATK, making her a top-tier supporter for both NP generation and damage.

Increases Damage Further with NP

Her Noble Phantasm also provides an ATK buff that scales with her NP level. This effect lasts for 3 turns, making it easy to stack and further boost the party's damage with both her skills and NP.

Special Attack is a Situational Bonus

Her 3rd skill grants a single ally a Special Attack buff against [Threat to Humanity] enemies. Since enemies with this trait are rare, consider this a situational bonus rather than a core part of her kit.

	Ibuki-Douji (Berserker) (★5) A highly versatile Berserker with a 50% NP charge, making it easy to loop her NP and deal damage with Earth Attribute Special Attack. Altria Caster's NP support makes NP looping easier, while Arts buffs + ATK Up help her deal significant damage.
	Altria Caster (Berserker) (★5) In addition to Arts buffs + ATK Up + 50% NP charge support, Altria Caster can increase Summer Altria Caster's damage with her Threat to Humanity Special Attack buff. Note that Anti-Enforcement Defense effects do not stack, so using her NP in a chain for OC won't increase the number of blocks if one is already active.
	Sodom's Beast/Draco (★5) Possesses high versatility with Special Attack against the 7 Standard Classes. Altria Caster's NP support makes looping easier, and since Draco lacks her own Arts buffs, Altria's Arts and ATK buffs significantly boost her damage.
	Morgan (★5) Though she is a Buster attacker, her NP increases the OC of allies, which increases the number of hits for Anti-Enforcement Defense. Great synergy for challenge content rather than farming.
	Chen Gong (★2) An attacker whose NP sacrifices an ally. By providing NP charge, Arts buffs, and NP Gain Up via Altria, NP looping becomes easy. If you bring more NP supporters in the backline, a 3-turn loop is easily achievable.
	Himiko (★5) A critical attacker whose NP can increase OC by 2 stages. This significantly increases the number of Anti-Enforcement Defense blocks. As a self-sufficient attacker, she can deal high damage even without direct offensive support from Altria.
Compatible Supporters
	Altria Caster (★5) Since Arts buffs, ATK Up, NP charge, and NP Gain Up can all be stacked, you can form a "Double Altria Caster" system to enable easy NP looping for Arts attackers.
	Lady Avalon (★5) Offers high-magnitude Arts buffs and abundant HP recovery. Her OC increase helps extend Altria's Anti-Enforcement Defense, and they cover each other's weaknesses well.
	Tamamo-no-Mae (★5) Reduces skill cooldowns via NP, increasing Altria's skill rotation and the party's NP efficiency. She provides HP recovery, skill CD reduction, and NP Strength Up—all things Altria lacks—making them a great pair from high difficulty to farming.
	Merlin (★5) Provides NP charge, Star generation, and HP recovery per turn via NP. His ATK Up and party-wide Invincibility are also excellent, making him great for high-difficulty quests.
	Jeanne d'Arc (★5) A Ruler who provides Invincibility and HP recovery via NP. She compensates for Altria's lack of healing, enabling long-term survival.
	Cnoc na Riabh Yaraandoo (★4) Offers ATK Up + NP Strength Up for offensive support, plus 30% NP charge. Cnoc na Riabh Yaraandoo has a Skill Seal demerit, so skill usage order is critical. While Altria is unaffected by the Arts Seal, her Magic Resistance or Debuff Removal might make it hard to maintain the "My Fair Soldier" state.
	Xu Fu (★3) An Arts Critical supporter skilled at generating Stars. She offers a small amount of HP recovery and lacks survival skills, which Altria can provide.
	Paracelsus von Hohenheim (★3) Can provide Arts buffs and NP Gain Up, making him a good budget supporter for the Arts System.

Recommended Skill Leveling by Priority

Skill 1	Priority: ★★★ In addition to ATK Up for all allies, the AoE NP charge becomes 30% at Lv10. Since it boosts the whole team's damage while providing NP support, you'll want to level it first, but in general aim for Lv10 on all skills.
Skill 2	Priority: ★★★ At Lv10 the single-target NP charge becomes 20%, and it can also grant NP Gain Up to all allies. It doesn't boost damage, but it makes spamming the NP easier, so it's worth prioritizing.
Skill 3	Priority: ★★☆ It increases the multipliers of the Arts Up and Threat to Humanity special-attack buffs. It boosts damage, and the Arts Up effect also makes NP gain easier, so level it up alongside the other skills.
