William Shakespeare's Strengths

Provides 20% NP Charge

He provides a 20% NP charge, a rare ability for low-rarity Servants. Since the charge amount is fixed, there's no need to level the skill. It also grants a Star Generation Rate Up, which is an excellent bonus.

Party-wide Buster Buff

He can also buff the Buster performance of the entire party. This can be used to boost his own NP damage or to increase the firepower of your allies. The buff scales well for an AOE skill, providing a significant damage increase.

Has an AOE Noble Phantasm

Shakespeare has a Buster AOE (Area of Effect) Noble Phantasm. This allows him to clear early waves while still functioning as a supporter. His NP also has a high hit count, which synergizes well with the Star Generation Rate Up from his third skill.

Invincibility for Survival

His second skill grants him 1 turn of Invincibility and also recovers some HP. This helps him survive in high-difficulty quests, making it a useful skill in a pinch.

Skill 1	Priority: ★★★ You can boost the AoE Buster Up buff multiplier. Among her own skills, level this first.
Skill 2	Priority: ★☆ The main benefits are HP recovery and cooldown reduction. Since both the Invincible and HP recovery are self-only, the benefit of raising its level is small.
Skill 3	Priority: ★☆☆ You can boost the star drop rate up multiplier. The NP charge is fixed at 20%, so it's easy to use even unleveled.
