The ★5 Servant giveaway runs until October 15 (Thu) 20:59 PDT (GMT -7). Also note that if you do not meet the conditions to officially add the Servant after exchanging, the Servant you exchanged for will leave your roster.

How to Use the Free ★5 Ticket
1. Clear the 25 Million DL Mission

First, complete the 25 Million DL campaign mission "Clear First Singularity, Section 1." You will need to clear the Singularity F and the first section of Orleans, but this can be done easily using only a Support Servant.
2. Claim the Ticket from the Mission

Next, tap "Binder" at the bottom left of the Terminal screen to open your missions. Then, from the "Limited" tab, tap the mission you cleared to claim your ticket.
3. Exchange for a ★5 at Da Vinci's Workshop

Once you have the ticket, tap Shop from the MENU, then exchange it for the ★5 you want from "Exchange Event Items."
4. Claim the Servant from Your Present Box
After completing the exchange, open your Present Box from the bottom left and claim the free ★5 Servant you exchanged for. This makes the Servant usable, but note that they will leave and disappear if you do not meet the conditions by October 25 (Sun) 20:59 PDT (GMT -7).

There are two conditions, as listed above. However, if you already own the Servant and have met these conditions, they will be officially added to your roster the moment you receive them.
1. Raise Them to Lv60
The first condition is raising the exchanged Servant to Lv60. Gather Embers to raise their level to 60, then perform an Ascension. Ascension requires Pieces, so farm Daily Quests if you are short on them.
Special Ascension Cannot Be Used
There is a "Special Ascension" feature that lets you ascend once without using materials, but it cannot be used on temporarily recruited Servants. If you want to use it, you must wait until after official addition.
2. Reach Bond Level 5 or Higher
The second condition is raising the exchanged Servant's Bond Level to 5 or higher. The period is long, so we recommend achieving this through events during that time. If you are in a hurry, farm efficient Free Quests.
If You Just Started, Bring Them Along in the Story
If you have just started the game, we recommend always including them in your party as you progress through the story. Even if their class matchup against enemies is poor, place them in the backline to accumulate Bond Points.
Recommended Servants to Exchange For
Exchange for Zhuge Liang If You Don't Have Him
Since Zhuge Liang is the only 50% NP charger support available in the ticket, he is the best one to get for easier farming and faster NP access for your Attackers. Read more about his strengths in the button below:

You Cannot Receive an Unregistered Spirit Origin
Unregistered Spirit Origins only count for Servants obtained through summoning, and Servants obtained from the 25 Million DL campaign are not eligible. Note that you will not receive an Unregistered Spirit Origin even if you select a Servant you have already obtained 6 or more times in total.
