Lady Avalon's Strengths

Arts Support for High-Difficulty Content

Lady Avalon is an Arts supporter with powerful Arts, Critical Strength, and ATK buffs. She provides party-wide Invincibility with her skills, and her Noble Phantasm (NP) increases the party's Max HP while generating NP and Stars each turn, making her an excellent choice for high-difficulty content.

Possesses Abundant HP Recovery Methods

Her NP can increase the party's Max HP by 3,000-5,000 (depending on NP level), and her skills can increase a single ally's Max HP by 3,000. This Max HP increase effectively acts as a heal, and since the NP effect can be stacked, it can significantly restore the entire party's HP.

Tip	In the case of a 3,000 Max HP increase, the effect is "heals current HP by 3,000 + raises HP cap by 3,000." Unlike normal healing, this effect isn't wasted if the target is at full health, making it very flexible to use.

Covers Altria Caster's Weaknesses

Altria Caster, an essential Servant for modern Arts teams, has the weakness of being unable to heal. Lady Avalon can cover for this weakness and also increase the hit count of Altria Caster's Solemn Defense via Overcharge (OC) buffs. Furthermore, she can use her party-wide Invincibility to protect the team when Altria Caster's NP isn't ready, making them an excellent pair.

Easy Initial NP Activation

Lady Avalon provides a 20% NP charge to the party and can charge her own NP by 20% per enemy (up to 60%). Additionally, she has a 20% starting NP charge from her class skills, allowing her to use her NP on turn one with her skills alone if there are 3 enemies.

Tip	However, in high-difficulty content, it is rare to face 3 enemies at once, so you'll likely need about 40% NP charge from other sources. Still, this is a much lower requirement compared to Altria Caster or Merlin, who need 70-80%.

Rare "Start of Turn" Charge Reduction

Her third skill's charge reduction is unique, as it reduces the enemy's charge diamonds by 1 at the start of their turn. Unlike standard charge drain skills, this effect isn't wasted if the enemy's NP gauge is empty, making it easy to use at the start of a battle.

Viable even against Riders

As a Pretender, Lady Avalon is a good choice for battles against Riders. Durable Casters can struggle against Riders, especially those with AoE normal attacks or high damage. Since Pretenders take neutral damage from Riders, she is more survivable than a Caster in these situations.

Tip	She deals weak damage to Riders, but since Lady Avalon isn't expected to be a primary damage dealer, this is not an issue. Her class advantage against Alter Egos is also a nice bonus!

NP Performance is Heavily Dependent on Level

Raising Lady Avalon's NP level increases both the Max HP boost and the amount of NP generated per turn. Since these effects directly impact the party's survivability and NP rotation speed, her performance benefits significantly from higher NP levels.

Tip	While it may not be crucial for standard high-difficulty quests, the difference in stability will likely be significant in the most challenging content.

A team composition that relies on Altria Caster's Solemn Defense for protection, with Lady Avalon healing any damage that gets through. The main damage source is Vlad's NP, supplemented by critical hits using the stars generated by the team.

Compatible Attackers
	Altria Caster (Berserker) (★5) A versatile attacker with 50% NP charge plus 20% NP charge to an ally. On top of Lady Avalon's Arts buff and ATK up for damage, her Overcharge up also boosts Altria Caster (Berserker)'s special attack multiplier. Party-wide Invincibility and continuous HP recovery help Altria Caster (Berserker) survive, making this a great pair for high-difficulty content.
	Vlad III (★5) A Berserker who can easily spam NPs, and with Guts and charge reduction he is suited to high-difficulty content. Other Arts attackers also generally pair well. Since his NP generates Critical Stars, Lady Avalon's Critical Strength up is easy to make use of.
	Sodom's Beast/Draco (★5) She is highly versatile with anti-Servant trait damage against 7 of them plus several other special-attack bonuses. AoE Invincibility and Max HP up help Draco survive, while Arts buff and ATK up boost her damage. High-multiplier Critical Strength up plus Star support also makes criticals easier to use.
	Summer Mélusine (★5) A versatile attacker who can easily spam NPs and has special damage against Earth and Chaos attributes. She also excels at criticals, so Lady Avalon's Critical Strength up is easy to make use of. Her survivability is also excellent, so combined with Lady Avalon's party-wide Invincibility and Max HP up, she can stay alive even in high-difficulty content.
	Durga (★5) An Archer who can grant OC up via a skill. Her skill stacks with Lady Avalon's NP Overcharge effect, which is especially useful for Servants like Altria Caster whose NP effects scale with OC level. Lady Avalon's Arts buff, ATK up, and critical support can also boost Durga's damage.
	Chen Gong (★2) An attacker who can knock out an ally with his NP. Since you spam NPs while swapping out supports, Lady Avalon, who can grant ATK up, Arts buff, and 20% NP charge, pairs well.
Compatible Supporters
	Altria Caster (★5) She has Arts buff, ATK up, NP charge, and NP Gain up, and her NP applies Anti-Enforcement DEF. She lacks HP recovery, but Lady Avalon can cover that weakness.
	Merlin (★5) Their kits are very similar and their effects stack, making them a great pair. In particular, stacking the NP charge and Critical Star generation from their NPs greatly boosts the whole party's NP cycling. Note, however, that Lady Avalon's Invincibility has a long cooldown of 8 turns at shortest, so with Lady Avalon plus Merlin there are many situations where you can't counter enemy NPs in time.
	Jeanne d'Arc (★5) A Ruler who can provide Invincibility and HP recovery with her NP. She covers the enemy-NP countermeasures that Lady Avalon lacks, making her a good pairing.
	Xu Fu (★3) A critical support who excels at generating Critical Stars. She makes good use of Lady Avalon's high-multiplier Critical Strength up.

Recommended Skill Leveling by Priority

Skill 1	Priority: ★★★ In addition to the high-multiplier Arts Up + Critical Strength up, you can also boost the Max HP Up buff multiplier. Since it greatly boosts damage, prioritize leveling it.
Skill 2	Priority: ★★☆ It boosts the ATK Up multiplier for all allies. The NP charge is fixed at 20%, but since it boosts damage, level it up alongside the other skills.
Skill 3	Priority: ★★★ At Lv10 the NP charge gained per enemy becomes 20%, and the cooldown reduction from leveling makes reusing Invincible easier. It makes fighting easier in clears, so level it first, but if you run her for farming, Skills 1 and 2 are higher priority.
