Mysterious Executor C.I.E.L.'s Strengths

Guaranteed 5-Card Selection

Skill 3 applies "Do Not Shuffle In Cards" to all allies except self, and shuffles the card pool. This guarantees you can select 5 of Ciel's Command Cards, enabling battles that eliminate card RNG, such as for NP BB Chains or stable Buster Crit farming.

Can Be Used to Guarantee Swapped-In Servant's Cards

Since Ciel debuffs the two other Servants in the frontline to disable their cards from appearing in the card pool, you can use this to guarantee another Servant's cards by swapping Ciel and the target Servant in the backline.

Demonic Special Attack NP with Broad Coverage

Ciel's NP has a Special Attack against Demonic enemies, which is a common trait found on both Servants and regular enemies. The NP Strength Up multiplier increases with Overcharge, making it easy to boost her damage.

Also Has a High-Chance Instant Death Effect

Her NP also has a high-chance Instant Death effect that applies after damage. Although she doesn't have an Instant Death Success Rate Up buff, she may be useful in farming setups incorporating Instant Death against susceptible enemies.

1.5x Attack Advantage Against Sabers via Class Skill

Executor (Bow) A	Apply attack advantage against [Saber] class for yourself.

Ciel's Class is Moon Cancer, but she also has an attack advantage against Sabers thanks to a Class Skill. However, the multiplier is 1.5x, the same as a Berserker's, so it's better to use an Archer for higher damage unless the Special Attack is effective.

Extremely Well-Suited for High-Difficulty Quests

Ciel has many excellent gimmick counters, such as a 5-turn Debuff and Buff Removal Resistance, Guts Removal, and an NP with Sure Hit and Ignore DEF. She also has a high-value DEF Up, HP Regen per turn and recovers HP when taking damage, making her an attacker who is extremely well-suited for high-difficulty quests.

Has Numerous Ways to Gain NP

Ciel's skills provide a 50% immediate NP Charge + 10% NP Charge per turn, and she gains 10% NP on Buster attacks. Additionally, her NP has an effect that recharges her NP gauge by 20%. With two Arts cards, it's relatively easy to reuse her NP in high-difficulty quests, making it easy to aim for two consecutive uses when farming.

Can Deal High Critical Damage, Though It's HP-Dependent

Ciel's Skill 2 provides up to a 100% Critical Strength Up, though it's dependent on her remaining HP. She doesn't have a way to generate Crit Stars on her own, but her card manipulation ability makes high-damage critical attack farming possible when combined with Servants like Koyanskaya of Light.

Recommended Attackers
	Aozaki Aoko (★5) An attacker whose Buster and EX Attacks become AoE after using their NP. You can create a situation with 5 of Aoko's cards by having her appear via Order Change after using Ciel's card manipulation. If you can also lock cards with someone like Summer BB, it's possible to use AoE attacks for 3 consecutive turns.
	Super Orion (★5) A super high-damage crit attacker, so he's powerful if you can use Ciel's card manipulation followed by Order Change and card lock. He generally has good synergy with any Servant who wants to prioritize their own cards.
	Richard I (★5) An AoE NP attacker who excels at Buster crits. You can create a situation with 5 of Richard I's cards by having him appear via Order Change after using Ciel's card manipulation. Locking the cards with Summer BB after the manipulation is recommended.
Recommended Supporters
	Summer BB (★5) Since she can lock cards, she can maintain the 5-card state from Ciel for 3 turns. When combined with Order Change, it allows any Servant to have free rein over their cards for 3 turns.
	Koyanskaya of Light (5★) Her Skill Cooldown Reduction makes it easier to reuse skills, and she has good synergy with her 50% NP Charge and high-magnification Buster buff. She also provides Star Gain, Buster Crit Strength Up, and Star Weight Up, making critical hits more consistent.
	Merlin (5★) His NP provides Star Gain, HP Recovery, and NP Gain per turn, which pairs well with his high-magnification Buster buff and Crit Strength Up. He also has a party-wide Invincibility, making him especially recommended for high-difficulty quests.
	Scáthach-Skadi (Ruler) (5★) While she is primarily a Quick supporter, her high-magnification Buster Crit Strength Up, Star Weight Up, Attack Up (which Ciel lacks), and Star Gain all have good synergy. Her 50% NP Charge also makes it easy to use NPs, which is a plus.
	Oberon (5★) He can significantly boost damage with his 70% NP Charge, high-magnification Buster buff, and NP Damage Up. His Star Gain also has good synergy, but he is not suited for long battles due to the Eternal Sleep demerit.
	Himiko (★5) She provides stars every turn and her NP can grant a party-wide Buster buff and Crit Strength Up. Since she is also a powerful crit attacker herself, she has excellent synergy in crit-focused teams.
	Altria Caster (5★) The Anti-Enforcement DEF from her NP is exceptionally good, making her recommended for more durable team compositions.

Recommended Skill Leveling by Priority

Skill 1	Priority: ★☆☆ You can boost the multipliers of her Debuff Resist Up, Buff Removal Resist Up, and HP recovery each turn. These effects are geared toward challenge content, so leaving it unleveled is fine if you only use her for farming, but she's also a strong Servant for challenge quests, so level it up eventually.
Skill 2	Priority: ★★★ You can boost the multipliers of her Buster/Arts Up and Critical Strength Up, greatly increasing her damage. At Lv10 it also becomes easier to keep the effects stacked, so you'll want to get it to Lv10 along with Skill 3.
Skill 3	Priority: ★★★ At Lv10 the NP charge becomes 50%, so level it with top priority. The cooldown reduction also makes it easier to keep her Command Card fix effect stacked, so get it to Lv10 first. You can also boost the Defense Up and HP recovery multipliers, making her easier to keep alive.
Append Skill Priority	>≧>> For standard attacker use, Load Magical Energy is recommended, but for critical-based farming you'll want to prioritize the Skill Reload. Next is Critical Strength Up, and if you have Servant Coins to spare, unlocking the Extra Attack Boost last is recommended.
