This is a beginner-friendly guide to Chacha in Fate/Grand Order (English). It breaks down what makes Chacha strong, her basic stats, skills, and Noble Phantasm, plus the Ascension and skill-up materials you'll need to raise them.

Chacha's Strengths

Easy to Obtain AoE Noble Phantasm Attacker

Chacha is a free Servant whose NP level can be easily maxed out through the Leaves of Evocation shop. As a Berserker with an AoE Noble Phantasm, she deals increased damage to most classes, making her a great addition for players who are still building their roster.

Chacha's Minimum Noble Phantasm Damage

* Calculated at Lv80, ATK Fou +1000, Skill Lv10, and neutral attribute/class affinity damage.

Less Used with Roster Additions

As a 4-star Servant, Chacha's ATK stat is lower compared to 5-star Servants and her Noble Phantasm has not received any Rank Up upgrades. Because of this, her raw damage falls short compared to the higher rarity alternatives, making her less used when your character roster expands.

Skill 1 Boosts NP Charging for Chacha

Chacha's Skill 1 provides an NP Per Turn buff, passively granting her 20% NP gauge each turn for 3 turns. This helps reduce the NP battery requirements needed to use her Noble Phantasm.

Easily Accumulates NP Upon Taking Damage

Since her Skill 1 also buffs NP gain when damaged by up to 50%, Chacha can gain a lot of NP when hit. However, due to a Berserker's natural squishiness and lack of damage mitigation, you'll need a defensive support to make full use of this buff.

Supplement Her Output with Ally Offensive Buffs

Because her raw damage can be lacking, it's recommended to pair her with supports that can buff her damage. Chacha has a 30% Buster Effectiveness Up buff, so you can supplement her damage with other buffs she lacks, such as NP Strength Up and ATK Up.

Has a DEF Down Debuff Ideal for Elite Enemies

Consort of the Sun EX	- Decrease DEF that gets more effective each turn (5 turns) for a single enemy. └ Starts with a 10% DEF Down and increases by 10% each turn.

Chacha's Skill 3 inflicts a stacking DEF Down debuff on a single enemy. It starts at 10% and increases by 10% each turn for 5 turns, maxing out at a 50% defense decrease. This makes it a great debuff to use on high-health or boss enemies.

Excels at Critical Star Generation

Chacha's Skill 2 allows her to passively gain 5 to 10 Critical Stars per turn. Combined with her 8-hit AoE Noble Phantasm, she can easily generate a good amount of Stars for other attackers on the team.

C. Star Gather Rate Down Debuff Has Low Impact

While her Skill 2 also applies a C. Star Gather Rate Down debuff to her teammates, it doesn't affect the battle flow much since Berserkers already have a very low C. Star Gather Rate. This debuff will only cause noticeable changes if her teammates are also from classes with low Star Weight, such as other Berserkers, Casters, or Avengers.

Tip!	If you pair Chacha with Servants whose classes have low C. Star Gather Rate as well, the stars have a chance to concentrate on Chacha by random chance.

Pair with C. Star Drop Rate Up Effects

Chacha's high-hit-count Noble Phantasm can be used for Star generation if she is buffed with a C. Star Drop Rate Up effect. Her Buster cards also have a relatively high hit-count of 5, which makes a Quick-Buster-Buster (QBB) chain a decent way to generate Stars.

Easy to Formulate Buster Chains

Chacha has 3 Buster cards in her deck, making it easy to form Buster chains. If you want to utilize her Buster cards for Critical damage, you'll need supports that can provide Critical Strength Up buffs, as she lacks any of her own.

Noble Phantasm Can Reduce Enemy Crit Rate

Radiant Demon Fortress of the Sun	Deals heavy damage to all enemies, decreases their Critical Rate (3 turns), and inflicts Burn (5 turns).

Chacha's Noble Phantasm applies a Critical Rate Down debuff to all enemies. This serves as a decent way to lower the chance of enemy Critical Attacks, significantly reducing the risk of your Servants being knocked out.

Applies a Burn Debuff to Enemies

Her Noble Phantasm also inflicts a Burn debuff on all enemies, dealing 500 damage per turn at Overcharge 1 (up to 2,500 at OC5). It lasts for 5 turns, allowing it to be stacked and serve as a consistent source of True Damage.

Servants with Good Synergy

Compatible Attackers
	Morgan(5★) Charges her NP by up to 50%. She deals powerful AoE NP and critical damage, while also providing ATK Up support. Her Critical Star Absorption allows her to make use of the stars Chacha generates.
	Super Orion(5★) An attacker who specializes in extremely high critical damage. He can use the Critical Stars generated by Chacha to unleash devastating critical attacks.
	Spartacus(1★) A low-rarity Berserker who can charge his NP by up to 30%. Since Chacha is also a Berserker, they can form a team with a broad class advantage.
	Arash(1★) An excellent attacker for farming. His skill provides up to 30% NP Charge, making it easy to use his Noble Phantasm. Upon using his NP, he leaves the field, which enables a pseudo-Order Change.
Compatible Supporters
	Oberon(5★) Provides up to 70% NP Charge, making it easy for Chacha to use her Noble Phantasm. He can significantly boost Chacha's NP damage with his powerful NP Damage Up and Buster buffs.
	Koyanskaya of Light(5★) Provides up to 50% NP Charge and increases Chacha's damage with a Buster buff. She also generates Critical Stars and enhances critical attacks with Buster Critical Damage Up and Critical Star Absorption buffs.
	Merlin(5★) Provides a 20% NP charge and buffs Chacha with powerful Buster and ATK Up buffs. His Star Generation and Critical Strength Up buffs help Chacha deal consistent and powerful critical attacks. He also provides party-wide Invincibility and HP Recovery per turn, increasing Chacha's survivability.
	Zhuge Liang (Lord El-Melloi II)(5★) Provides up to 50% NP Charge and increases Chacha's damage with ATK Up buffs. He can also protect Chacha with his DEF Up and Stun skills.
	Himiko(5★) Increases Chacha's damage with her Buster and ATK Up buffs. She also supports critical attacks with Critical Damage Up and by providing Critical Stars.
	William Shakespeare(2★) Provides a 20% NP charge. He can increase Chacha's damage with a powerful Buster buff and boost her Critical Star generation with a Star Generation Rate Up buff.
	Leonidas I(2★) A tank who can protect Chacha with his Taunt while generating Critical Stars with his Noble Phantasm. He also has a team-wide Buster buff to increase Chacha's damage.

Recommended Skill Leveling by Priority

Skill 1	Priority: ★★★ You can boost the multipliers of NP gain each turn, NP Gain Up when taking damage, and Buster Up. It makes activating the NP easier and boosts damage, so level it first.
Skill 2	Priority: ★☆☆ You can boost the multipliers of star gain each turn and star concentration down for allies other than yourself. If you don't run a critical-based setup, its priority is low.
Skill 3	Priority: ★☆☆ You can boost the multiplier of the single-target DEF Down whose value grows each turn. The initial DEF Down multiplier is fixed at 10%, so its priority is low for farming.
