Excellent at Countering High-Difficulty Quest Mechanics
Florence Nightingale (Santa) is a fantastic counter to stage mechanics with her ability to remove enemy buffs, grant Buff Removal Resistance to an ally, and provide a teamwide Debuff Cleanse. Since these counter abilities are tied to her Skills and function well enough at NP Level 1, it's highly recommended to obtain at least one copy from the Leaves of Evocation exchange and level her up for your roster.
Swap Out or Let Her Get Knocked Out After Skill Usage
Florence Nightingale (Santa)'s main role is to buff teammates and cleanse debuffs. It's recommended to swap her out using Order Change or equip her with a Target Focus Craft Essence to have her leave the field, as she provides less value once her skills are on cooldown.
Provides Great Damage Support
Florence Nightingale (Santa) can apply a Defense Down debuff on enemies with her NP and provide damage buffs for teammates using her Skills. Combined with her ability to counter stage mechanics, this makes her a great overall support to slot into any team.
Lacks Powerful Survival Support
While she can provide a targetable Guts buff and teamwide HP restoration, Florence Nightingale (Santa) lacks direct ways to nullify or defend against damage. In longer battles, it's recommended to include a dedicated defensive support in the team to make up for her lack of protective abilities.
