Farm Daily Quest "Ember Gathering"

After reaching Master Level 17, farming Extreme Ember Gathering stages (40 AP) is generally recommended due to their higher efficiency. These stages provide better EXP rewards, helping level Servants faster and improving overall progression.

Obtain as Event Rewards

EXP Embers are frequently obtainable through event shops and other event-related rewards. Participating in events can provide a large supply of Embers while farming additional materials and resources.
Purchase with Mana Prisms

The monthly Mana Prism Exchange provides another source of EXP Embers and can be worth purchasing if spare Mana Prisms are available.
Obtain from Friend Gacha

While EXP Embers can be obtained through the Friend Point Summon, it is generally not recommended due to the low amount gained and poor efficiency compared to other methods.

Beginner Farming Teams for Ember Gathering (Extreme)
Team for Beginners
Note: This team can be easily built even if you don't have any Ruler-class Servants in your roster.

This farming strategy revolves around borrowing a Support Ruler, who takes reduced damage from most enemies due to class advantage. By placing two Lv. 1 Servants with Target Focus skills in the frontline and letting them get defeated quickly, your Support Ruler will remain on the field longer to consistently clear the stage.
Recommended Support Servants
Scáthach-Skadi | Mélusine Ondine | Amor (Caren) |
James Moriarty | Altria Pendragon | Pope Johanna |
Farming Steps Using This Team
| 1 | Select a Strong Support Servant *Do not put anyone in the backline |
|---|---|
| 2 | Use Target Focus Skills |
| 3 | Prioritize Flaming Arm of Dawn (Berserker) |
1. Select a Strong Support Servant

First, create a team with two of your own Servants and one Support Servant. Look for a Lv. 80 to 90 Ruler-class Servant for your Support slot. If you can't find one, press "Update List" to refresh the options.
Strategy Tip | Adding extra Servants just to fill empty party slots is often a mistake. It reduces the number of Command Cards your Support Servant gets, which means they can't attack as often. This can slow down your clear time and potentially increase the risk of being defeated. |
|---|
2. Use Target Focus Skills

At the start of the battle, activate your frontline Servants' Target Focus skills one at a time. This protects your Support Servant and ensures your frontline Servants are defeated one by one. During this process, prioritize choosing your Support Servant's Command Cards to maintain consistent damage output.
3. Prioritize Flaming Arm of Dawn (Berserker)

Prioritize defeating the Flaming Arm of Dawn (Berserker) enemies due to their high damage output. Afterward, focus on Archers and Assassins, as their shorter NP charge bars allow them to use their powerful Noble Phantasms more quickly.

This strategy focuses on borrowing a Support Berserker, whose class advantage allows them to deal increased damage to most enemies. Supports equipped with a Kaleidoscope or other 100% starting NP Craft Essences are especially recommended, as they can immediately use Noble Phantasms for faster clears.

| 2 | Use Target Focus |
| 3 | Prioritize Flaming Arm of Dawn (Berserker) |
1. Use Advantage Class Servants and Supports

First, build a team using trained Servants with class advantage along with units that have Target Focus skills.
Borrow a powerful Support Berserker equipped with a high starting NP Charge Craft Essence, such as Kaleidoscope, to improve damage output and clear speed.
2. Use Target Focus

Similar to the first strategy, use Target Focus skills to protect the main attacker while prioritizing their Command Cards.
3. Prioritize Flaming Arm of Dawn (Berserker)

Similar to the previous strategy, prioritize defeating Flaming Arm of Dawn (Berserker) first due to their high damage output. Then, target Archers and Assassins, as they can use their Noble Phantasms more quickly.

This strategy focuses on clearing each wave with a Noble Phantasm, a technique commonly known as "3-turn farming" or "looping." Borrow a Support Servant that fills any gaps in your roster to improve consistency. Since Lancer enemies appear on certain days, a Servant like Arash may be less effective, so it is better to farm on days when Lancer enemies do not appear.
