Sakata Kintoki's Strengths

Attacker Suited for Farming Single-Boss Quests

Sakata Kintoki has an NP Charge skill of up to 50%, allowing him to use his Noble Phantasm right from the start of a battle. As a Berserker, he has a class advantage against most enemies, making him an excellent choice for farming raids and other single-boss quests.

Can Deal High Burst Damage

In addition to his high base ATK, Kintoki possesses an ATK-buffing skill, enabling him to inflict massive damage on a single target. However, since this buff only lasts for one turn, he struggles with sustained damage output.

High-Damage Normal Attacks as Well

Sakata Kintoki boasts one of the highest ATK stats among all Servants, allowing him to deal significant damage even with his normal attacks. With three Buster cards in his deck, he can easily form a Buster Chain, making him an effective farmer for quests that can be cleared quickly.

Support is Key for Aiming for Critical Hits

As a Berserker, Kintoki has a very low C. Star Gather Rate, making it difficult for him to land critical hits on his own. To ensure he can crit reliably, he needs support from Servants who can generate a large number of C. Stars or provide a significant C. Star Gather Rate buff.

Unsuitable for Clearing High-Difficulty Quests

Kintoki's only tools for dealing with enemy gimmicks are his Ignore DEF and Debuff Resist Up buffs. Combined with his lack of sustained damage, this makes him ill-suited for challenging quests that cannot be cleared quickly through burst damage.

Chance-Based Stun

His Noble Phantasm has a chance to Stun the enemy, which can disrupt their actions. However, this effect is unreliable due to its chance-based nature. Be careful when using it to stall an enemy's NP, as there's a risk of wasting your defensive skills, like Invincibility or Evade, if the Stun fails to land.

	Oberon (★5) Provides a 70% NP charge, NP Strength Up, and a Buster buff. He pairs extremely well with Kintoki, who specializes in burst damage.
	Koyanskaya of Light (★5) Offers a 50% NP charge, cooldown reduction, and a Buster buff. She supports both damage and NP activation, making them an especially great pair for farming.
	Zhuge Liang (Lord El-Melloi II) (★5) Grants a 50% NP charge, which combines with Kintoki's own for an instant NP. This frees up his Craft Essence slot, allowing him to equip a more damage-focused CE.
	Merlin (★5) He boosts damage with Buster and ATK buffs, and provides critical support. Furthermore, his AoE Invincibility and HP recovery increase the party's survivability.
	Chen Gong (★2) Provides a high-multiplier Buster buff. Even if you can't finish enemies in one turn, his Target Focus (Taunt) can protect Sakata Kintoki.
	Cnoc na Riabh Yaraandoo (★4) With his 50% NP charge and a maxed Append Skill 2, Sakata Kintoki can activate his NP with Cnoc na Riabh Yaraandoo's support alone. Her ATK and NP Strength buffs further boost his damage. However, Cnoc na Riabh Yaraandoo applies Arts and Skill Seal demerits, so be mindful of the skill activation order. Since Kintoki has no Magic Resistance, the [My Fair Soldier] state will reliably apply.
	William Shakespeare (★2) He provides a Buster buff and a 20% NP charge. However, since his support for both damage and NP is somewhat lacking on its own, he is best used as an additional buffer brought in via Order Change.
	Mozart (★1) He has a skill that generates up to 50 Critical Stars, enabling reliable critical hits. Since he lacks a Critical Strength buff, it's recommended to provide one for Kintoki through other supports or a Craft Essence (CE).

Recommended Skill Leveling by Priority

Skill 1	Priority: ★★★ It greatly boosts the ATK Up multiplier. Since it boosts damage, level it up alongside Skill 2.
Skill 2	Priority: ★★★ At Lv10 the NP charge becomes 50%. It makes activating the NP easier, so prioritize leveling it.
Skill 3	Priority: ★☆☆ It increases the multipliers of your own attack debuff resist and HP recovery. It's not needed for farming, but if leveled, the attack debuff can be useful in high-difficulty quests and it makes surviving easier.
