Chloe von Einzbern's Strengths

An Attacker with a 50% NP Battery

With her 50% NP battery, Chloe can easily use her Noble Phantasm (NP) when equipped with a 50% starting NP Craft Essence. She can also equip damage-focused CEs if supported by other NP battery providers. Her high hit-count Arts NP also helps her loop her NP, making her a great option for clearing single-target waves.

Obtainable via the Leaves of Evocation Exchange

Chloe can be obtained from the Leaves of Evocation exchange, making it easy to max her NP to level 5 and also unlock her Append Skills. She is a highly recommended Servant for players who are lacking an Archer Attacker so prioritize getting her if you have leaves to spare.

Noble Phantasm Has In-Built Sure Hit Effect

Chloe buffs herself with a 1-turn Sure Hit effect that allows her to damage enemies with Evade. Since it's not a hit-based buff, her normal attacks following her Noble Phantasm can also hit enemies with Evade.

High Survivability via Evade Self-Buff

Mind's Eye (Fake) B	Apply Evade (1 turn) & increase Critical Strength (3 turns) for yourself

Chloe's first skill gives her a 1-turn Evade, allowing her to survive high-damage attacks as long as the enemy doesn't have Sure Hit or Ignore Invincible. Be aware that enemies with Buff Removal can also strip her Evade.

Can Reduce Critical Hit Attacks

Triple Crane Wings	Apply Sure Hit for yourself (1 turn) & deal significant damage to a single enemy & decrease Critical Rate (3 turns) for a single enemy

Chloe can also improve her survivability with her NP, which debuffs an enemy's Critical Rate. Since the debuff lasts for 3 turns, it can be stacked by using her Noble Phantasm repeatedly, further lowering the enemy's chance to land a critical hit.

Can Deal Powerful Critical Hits

As an Archer, Chloe has a high C. Star Gather Rate and her Skill 3 also boosts her C. Star Drop Rate, making it easy to generate Critical Stars. Her Skill 1 also gives a Critical Strength buff, making her work well as a self-sufficient Critical Attacker.

Aim for Arts Critical Hits

Chloe's Arts card has 6 hits, making it a great way to charge her NP. Landing Critical Hits with it can potentially double her NP generation, so prioritize using her Arts cards when they have a high Critical Rate.

Has a 1-Turn Buster, Arts, Quick Buff

Chloe's first skill provides a buff to her Buster, Arts, and Quick Card Effectiveness, but it only lasts for 1 turn. Using this skill before her NP means that a subsequent NP on the next turn will deal less damage. Because this is her only damage-increasing self-buff, Chloe performs best when paired with supports who can provide additional damage buffs.

Possesses a Unique Buff For Illya

Chloe's third skill provides a unique buff for Illya, increasing her Buff Success Rate for 3 turns. This buff can be applied to Illyasviel von Einzbern (Caster), Illyasviel von Einzbern (Archer), and Sitonai. At max level, the skill provides a 100% Buff Success Rate up, guaranteeing Illya's own buffs will land.

	Illyasviel von Einzbern (★5) Has up to 50% NP charge, making it easy to fire NPs. Chloe von Einzbern's third skill can make the Guts, debuff immunity, and HP recovery effects on Illya guaranteed.

	Merlin (★5) AoE Invincibility and HP recovery per turn lets him protect Chloe von Einzbern in high-difficulty content. He can also provide ATK up, generate Critical Stars, and Critical Strength up, strengthening Chloe on both offense and defense.
	Oberon (★5) Can charge up to 70% NP, making it easy to fire Chloe von Einzbern's NP. He also has a high-multiplier NP Strength up, greatly boosting Chloe's damage. Since the demerit leaves him unable to act, use him as a final push.
	Hans Christian Andersen (★2) He can support with Critical Star generation and Critical Strength up, making Chloe's critical attacks easier to leverage. In addition to per-turn HP recovery, he can support with a chance of ATK/DEF/Star drop rate up.

Recommended Skill Leveling by Priority

Skill 1	Priority: ★★☆ You can boost the Critical Strength up multiplier. It boosts critical damage, and the leveling makes reusing Evade easier, improving survivability, but prioritize Skills 2 and 3 first.
Skill 2	Priority: ★★★ You can boost the Buster/Arts/Quick Up multiplier. It makes boosting damage easier, so level it up alongside Skill 3.
