Weapon Location
The Cocktail Stick can only be picked up during the job Automatic Love. This is in the second act of the game. When you get to the establishment "Clouds", look for the door in the above picture. It's on the 2nd floor, and there will be enemies in the area. It should be near Evelynn's Jacket.
