The Chupa's Organ does not have a wide radius. You may need to aim and lead your throws in order to successfully hit specific targets.

Aim a mouth of Chupakabrach to deal critical damage. Don't get too close to it not to get attacked.

The Chupa's Organ Grenade Mod is not a guaranteed drop. If the enemy does not drop the weapon, quit the game and return to main menu to repeat the steps until the enemy drops the weapon!
