| 1 | Meet Rhys at the Launchpad, Clear enemies to Head to Skywell-27 |
| 2 | Fight on the way and head to Main Gate |
| 3 | Proceed through the maintenance shaft, jump over ledges & openings |
| 4 | Jump over ledge and proceed past the giant thruster |
| 5 | Clear enemies near the thruster bay and open the chute |
| 6 | Inspect the 3 broken Sphere Bots, 3rd bot found on top of the tower |
| 7 | Follow Rhysball thorough the corridor, fight off ambush |
| 8 | Shoot the barrels in the Server Room to destroy machinery |
| 9 | Take elevator down to the Laser Control Room, fight off the enemies |
| 10 | Confront Boss "Katagawa Ball", return to Sanctuary after fight |
1-9. Skywell-27 Has Low Gravity
Skywell-27 has low gravity and will allow you to jump higher and further at the cost of slow movement speed mid-air.
2-9. Use Electric Weapons for Soldiers
Most Maliwan soldiers come equipped with plentiful amount of shields. Use Electric weapons against them to whittle down their defense, especially for tougher Heavy enemies.
Focus Fire on NOGs
Maliwan Tinks named NOG will buff other enemies with shields if not killed. Focus your attacks on NOGs before taking on other enemies when in a fight.
5. Beware of the Thruster Thrust
The huge ignition burst from the Thruster will deal massive damage to you if caught in the blast. Be careful when crossing the area.
9. Focus Fire on Arbalest
Arbarest, one of Maliwan's tougher enemies, will be standing guard on this position. Use your Corrosive weapon to take out its armored health.

Use Corrosive & Electric Elemental Weapon
Katagawa Ball fight consists of 3 stages, and it's elemental weakness will change from Corrosive to Electic. It is highly recommended you keep both of these elements in your loadout for this fight.
Boss Uses 3 Elements
The Katagawa Ball will use Fire, Ice and Electric elements for its attacks. Take note of its current element to avoid its attacks accordingly.
Fire Element Mode Attacks
- Fires slow, but powerful ball of flame
- Fires homing missiles
Ice & Electric Element Mode Attacks
- Fires continuous stream of laser. Use cover to avoid the laser
Electric Element Mode Attacks
- Tackles you while discharging electricity from its body. Keep your distance when in this mode
