KIL Matches are 4v4 Team battles, where you can form a party with players from the same Team. There are four Teams: 'Red Napalms', 'White Steels', 'Black Thunders', and 'Pale Winds'.

TipsNote! On 12/18/2025 (PST), adjustments were made to the White Steels and Pale Winds uniforms, improving visibility.

Restrictions on Team Transfers

You can change your Team at the KIL Terminal next to the Training Area. Team transfers are only available from Thursday at 1:00 PM (local time) during the KIL Match week until the event begins. Keep in mind that you must be on the same Team to play with friends.

Select a Body Type When Deploying

In KIL Matches, you select one of three Body Types when deploying: All-Rounder, Attacker, or Technician. Each time you are defeated, you can choose one of the three Body Types again before redeploying.

TipsTips! Each Body is equipped with two random Weapons each time.

Get Blue Balls by Approaching Them

Blue balls float at various fixed locations across the field and can be collected by approaching them. After being taken, they respawn at the same locations after a set period of time.

TipsTips!Players can hold up to 10 balls at a time.

Steal Balls by Defeating Enemies

Defeating an enemy allows you to steal all the balls they are carrying. Conversely, if you are defeated, your balls are taken by the enemy. If you fall off the field, the balls are awarded to the last enemy who hit you.

The Open Goal Changes Over Time

After a set time from the start of the match, the Score x2, Score x3, and Score x4 Goals will open and close. Only the currently open Goal can be used to score points, so be sure to aim for the active Goal.

Remaining Time and Open Goal List

Remaining TimeOpen Goal
7:29 - 5:29Score x2
5:14 - 3:14Score x3
2:59 - EndScore x4

Score is by (Number of Balls) x (Goal Multiplier)

When you enter an open Goal while carrying balls, your Team scores points after a short delay. The score is calculated as balls carried × Goal multiplier. For example, 10 balls score 20 points in a ×2 Goal and 40 points in a ×4 Goal.

Vulnerable While Aiming for a Goal

While accessing a Goal, you are completely defenseless for about 4 seconds, so it's best to have teammates protect you. Conversely, if an enemy is attempting to score, attack them to interrupt and prevent the score.

The Team with the Most Points Wins

The match ends when the time limit reaches 0, and the Team with the highest score at that time wins.
