Human Nature Side Job - Wait For Car & Repair Time
Wait Around 12 In-Game Hours
After you go meet up with Delamain in Tune Up Side job, your car will somewhat start repairing. Based on our testing, we waited around 12 hours ingame-time for the car to be repair & usable.
Steal A Car In The Meantime
If you do not have any other vehicles you can use, simply steal another vehicle for the time being. Note that you will need to meet certain criteria to do so.

To get to your vehicle, go to the elevator in your apartment & press "-03. Garage" button to get to the side job area.
