The Handsome Jackpot Walkthrough Chart

| 1 | Interact with the Poster in Moxxi's bar in Sanctuary III |
| 2 | Go to the control room and use the Hyperspace Terminal to go the Handsome Jackpot |
| 3 | Use the drop pod |
| 4 | Press button to open the airlock doors |
| 5 | Go down the hallway to the Glamorous Gateway |
| 6 | Pull the lever to spin the wheel |
| 7 | Defeat the Loader Bots |
| 8 | Head inside the Casino |
| 9 | Continue down the Chump Slots and defeat the Looters & Loader Bots |
| 10 | Continue forward into the Windfall Way |
| 11 | Follow the tracks to get to the subway |
| 12 | Kill Third Rail and his gang of looters |
| 13 | Travel to the Spendopticon |
| 14 | Go up the stairs and continue forward to the Strip |
| 15 | Clear the area to rescue Timothy |
| 16 | Follow Timothy |
| 17 | Take the corrosive weapon from Timothy |
| 18 | Get the Focalizer |
| 19 | Place then smack the Focalizer |
| 20 | Head to Timothy's hideout. Talk to him there |

1. Interact with the Poster - Tips
Accept Mission from Poster of Handsome Jack
The Handsome Jackpot DLC storyline will only activate once you've interacted with the poster in Moxxi's Bar.
Require Moxxi's Heist of the Handsome Jackpot DLC
To be able to play this mission, players will need either the Season Pass or the individual DLC. This cannot be played in the base game alone.

Have a Corrosive Weapon with You
You'll be fighting against Loader Bots throughout this mission and most likely the storyline. Make sure to have a good Corrosive Weapon in your loadout to melt through robot armor.

Shoot at Loader Limbs to Disable Functions
You can shoot up the limbs off Loader Bots to prevent them from doing specific actions. Shooting arms will prevent them from using weapons while their legs will stop them from moving.
12. Kill Third Rail & His Gang - Tips
Fire Weapon Works Best
Third Rail and his gang are all weak to fire damage. You'll be able to clear the way faster with a fire-type weapon compared to other elements.
15. Clear the Area - Tips
Run Away or Shoot Legs of EXP Loaders
EXP Loader will self-destruct upon coming near you, dealing a lot of damage. Run away from them when they start their sequence or shoot at their legs to stop them from moving.
18. Take the Focalizer - Tips
Loader Bots Appear Upon Taking Focalizer
Once you take the Focalizer, Loader Bots will be summoned in the small room you're in.
Boss Battle Tips
No Boss Battle in Mission
There is no boss to fight in this mission. Although Third Rail is named enemy, he's just a mini-boss and acts like a regular mook.
