What are Typhon Logs & Typhon Dead Drops?
ECHO Logs Found Across the Worlds
Typhon Logs are ECHO logs left by Typhon De Leon as he traveled across the different worlds. Some of them are easy to find, while others are a bit hidden away.
Collect All 3 to Get Typhon Dead Drop
Typhon Dead Drops are special chests with good loot inside that can only be accessed once you've listened to all 3 of the Typhon Logs per Area. Tannis will notify you about this and you can then check the location from your map.
Get Typhon Dead Drops In Mayhem Mode
You can switch to Mayhem Mode to get access to rarer and more powerful loot before you access a Typhon Dead Drop. Find all three Typhon Logs first in normal mode, then switch to Mayhem Mode, preferably 3, in Sanctuary. Then proceed to the Typhon Dead Drop location to access better loot.
