Solution Found On The Wall
The clue states that the code is the birthday of the previous tenant's daughter. You can find a drawing together with a date written out in 6 digits. Use this code to open the locked cabinet.

Map Location
The puzzle is the Maestor's Collection Treasure on the map. It is behind a locked door with a guitar on it so you have to find the key first before you can enter and input the code.
Requires The Guitar Door Key
You can only access the Maestro's hut after you have beaten Angie. You can get the guitar key for the locked building from inside a hut in the garden, just beside the path back towards the altar. The key is on top of a shelf directly beside a save point typewriter.
Luther's Key Map Location
You can also find a Labyrinth Puzzle and the W870 TAC Shotgun around this area. Zombies pop around from the ground in this area so be vigilant and watch out for them!

The Steel Hraesvelgr is a treasure that you get by opening the locked cabinet. It can be sold for 14,000 Lei.

Aside from the treasure, you also get an F2 Rifle attachment, the High-Capacity Mag. This attachment increases the ammo capacity of the only sniper rifle in the game. In New Game Plus, if you have already acquired the attachment, it will be replaced with a large sack of Lei instead.
