CP Farming
Earn CP Points By Clearing Challenges
Challenges have a set number of CP points you may earn, where the reward may only be earned once per challenge.
See The Challenges & Reward ListCompounded Save Data
Data is compounded amongst all your saves, and because of this, once you clear a challenge in a previous save, you unfortunately won't be able to attempt that challenge again on a different save.
Clear Challenges With Past Saved Data
Since data is compounded, challenges that require a certain number of repetitions to clear will be counted throughout all saved data as well, making it easier to complete them since your attempts will all be counted in.
Regularly Keep Saving Your Game
In many cases, it's easier to complete a challenge with data from a past save rather than having to redo the whole game again just to clear a certain challenge. Aside from this, infinite ammo weapons are also carried over, so we highly recommend that you regularly keep saving your game to reap the full benefits of this feature.
Reload Without Saving
If you reload the game without saving, you can re-attempt a challenge without having it being counted in. This is a good tip to keep in mind if you ever want to re-attempt a challenge without having it being recorded as part of your compounded saves.

Defeat Enemies During The Finale (Chris)

Unlimited Monster Hoardes
There is a part in the Finale (Chris) wherein you'll be attacked by hordes of monsters continuously while you're attempting to shoot the castle. The hordes won't stop until you shoot at the castle 3 times, so this is a good opportunity to clear your enemy kill count. We also recommend shooting at them with the target locator to kill several in one go.

Infinite Ammo Weapons Are Recommended
There are plenty of enemies to fight at the Stronghold, so this is also a great way to rack up your kill hunt to earn CP points. However, unlike the Finale (Chris), your bullets here will be limited, which is why we recommend waiting until you've unlocked infinite ammo weapons.
Defeat Varcolac Alfa

Spawns After Defeating Moreau
The Varcolac Alfa will only spawn after you've defeated Moreau in the Reservoir. Although quite the beast to battle, hunting him down will reward you well with 10000 CP, so it's definitely worth a shot if you haven't attempted at beating it yet.

Easy To Achieve After Clearing Game Once
This is an easy way to farm CP points after you start New Game Plus. It becomes even easier if you have infinite ammo weapons with you on the hunt. Try to attempt this separately from your battle with Varcolac Alfa as it's quite difficult to clear both at once.
Play Mercenaries Mode

| Gun Slinger Achieve at least an A Rank on all stages in The Mercenaries. | 50000 CP |
| Legendary Cowboy Achieve at least an S Rank on all stages in The Mercenaries. | 70000 CP |
| Overkill! Do over 10000 damage with a single attack while playing The Mercenaries. | 20000 CP |
| Ability User Use 10 abilities in The Mercenaries. | 5000 CP |
| Ability Expert Use 22 abilities in The Mercenaries. | 30000 CP |
Clear All Stages With S Rank Or Higher
You'll be able to farm CP points by clearing different stages on Mercenaries Mode. You'll need to work at being able to achieve S Rank or higher for certain challenges to be cleared, but it's definitely a great way to rack up the points.

You may purchase Mercenaries with just 10 CP. It's a small price of a completely new mode to play in, and there are plenty of challenges you can try with it.
