Where To Find Fish
Fish Locations
Castle Dimitrescu (2 Locations)

 | Return to the castle entrance after clearing Castle Dimitrescu |
The first one is unmissable as you have to go through the passage to get out to the village. However, leaving the passage locks it forever, so get the fishes before you get out! For the second one,You can just stroll up to the bridge area anytime after you clear Castle Dimitrescu.
Castle Dimitrescu Guide(!) Reservoir (2 Locations)

Be careful with these locations as the fishes in the Reservoir are missable. You will not have access to them again once you take the elevator to leave the Reservoir.

You can get 2 Fishes from the pond where the Gold Fish (Finest Fish) resides. You can only get to this area after defeating Moreau in the Flooded Houses.
Otto's Mill (1 Location)

Although Otto's Mill does not have any Fishes that you can shoot, it has stacks of Meat, Poultry, and Fish that you can pick up. You do have to get through its locked door (and boss) to get them.

Shoot the fishes to kill them for their meat. Note that you might have to expend more ammo for the larger Catfishes in order to down them. Another rarer variant, the Golden Fish, is required for a higher-level dish.

Fish is an ingredient required to cook 4 dishes in the game. Some of these dishes increase your base health, granting you a greater chance of surviving heavy attacks from difficult enemies and bosses.

Another useful dish is the one that provides a movement speed increase. This can help you clear the game in less than 3 hours for your New Game Plus!
You Need 14 Fish For All Recipes
You need a total of 14 Fish to be able to craft all recipes that require it. Rummage through the locations listed above and get all if possible. Make sure to also get the missable ones in the Flooded Houses!
