| 1 | Inspect the whole body of the doll and take the following items from it: ・Right Shoulder: Silver Key ・Left Leg: Winding Key ・Left Hand: Blood Covered Ring |

| 2 | Use the Silver Key to open the office |
| 3 | Use the faucet with the Blood Covered Ring to reveal the code |
| 4 | Use the code on the locked door >> Door Code Solution |
| 5 | Head towards the storage room and use the Winding Key |
| 6 | Solve the music box puzzle >> Music Box Puzzle solution |
| 7 | Get the Tweezers from the Music Box and use it on the doll's mouth to get a Film Roll |
| 8 | Head towards the room beside the elevator and use the Film Roll on the Projector |
| 9 | Arrange the film to open a secret door >> Movie Projector Puzzle solution |
| 10 | Get the Scissors from the doll. Cut the bandages and go through the vent |
| 11 | Advance towards the end of the hall and open the door to the office |
| 12 | Use the Scissors to cut the bandage of the doll to get the Brass Medallion |
| 13 | Use the Brass Medallion on the locked door and input the two other signs to open the door |
| 14 | Go down the well and get the Breaker Box Key |
| 15 | Go back to the elevator while evading the Monster Baby. Go through the office towards the hall with the telephone hall to circumvent it |
| 16 | Use the Breaker Box Key on the breaker beside the elevator and take the Relief of a Child |
| 17 | Head back towards the telephone hall and use the Relief of a Child on the locked door to open it |
| 18 | Walk towards the farthest room and take the Fuse |
| 19 | Walk back down the hall to spawn the Monster Baby |
| 20 | Hide inside the closet in the room with the Fuse and wait for the Monster Baby to wait directly beside the locker |
| 21 | Open the locker and run towards the elevator. Use the Fuse on the breaker and hit the buttons to call the elevator |
| 22 | Ride the elevator up |
Door Code - How To Solve
Wash The Ring & Use The Code

You can get the door code by washing the bloodied ring using the faucet in the office. Afterwards, examine and turn the ring to reveal the 6-digit code that you can use for the locked door.
Completely Optional
You can skip this washing the ring if you already know the code for the door. However, remember to open the room using the Silver Key as you can go around once you get the Scissors!
Music Box - How To Solve
Align The Scratches
There is no code or clue given to solve the Music Box. You simply must align the scratches on the faces to run it. If successful, the Music Box will produce Tweezers that you can use for the next puzzle.
Projector Movie Puzzle - How To Solve
Arrange The Film

After arranging the films in the sequence above, run the projector to play a movie. After the film ends, the projector screen will fall down to reveal a hidden passageway.
