Increase Stats By Cooking
Cooking enables you to permanently increase your stats. You can increase your max HP and take less damage while guarding - thereby decreasing the need to use First Aid Med. Try to cook as much as you can to maximize your stats.

Difficulty Level: Casual
If you're aiming to clear Don't Trust That Snake Oil Challenge, we recommend choosing a lower difficulty level. The lower the difficulty level, the less damage you'll take in from enemy attacks. Aside from this, the Casual level will allow for auto-recovery, decreasing the need to rely on First Aid Med.
Save Frequently
Aim to save as frequently as possible so that you can start over at your save point when your health goes dangerously low.
Avoid Carrying First Aid Med
It's easy to use First Aid Med mistakenly if you're carrying them, so avoid doing so and aim to craft them only when you need them.
