| Maroon Eye Ring | Obtained in the statue of a mother holding a baby inside the Castle. Use to obtain the Maroon Eye by examining. |

| Flower Swords Ball | This can be obtained in the upper floors of the Castle. This Item can be used to the Maze ball inside the safe room where the The Duke is located in the Castle. |
| Iron Insignia Key | Obtained in the Piano Puzzle Room. Use to open the Insignia Marked gates in Castle. This will also used unlock the boss stage to fight Daniela Dimitrescu |
| Mask of Joy | Obtained in the Hall Of Joy Room once you Defeated Daniela Dimitrescu. One of the key puzzle for The Hall of War in the Castle |
| Mask of Rage | Obtained in the Castle's Rooftop. One of the key puzzle for The Hall of War in the Castle |
| Mask of Pleasure | Obtained in the Castle with the Flowers & Swords door. One of the key puzzle for The Hall of War in the Castle. Careful though, you must have the Mounted Animal Skull or you'll be locked in the room. |
| Mounted Animal Skull | It can be obtained on the Armory room which is mounted on the wall. Use to obtain the Animal Skull by examining. |
| Animal Skull | It can be obtained by Examining the Mounted Animal Skull. Use to hold the cell door geting you trap inside & also allowing you to get the Mask Of Pleasure without problems. |
| Dirty Flask | Obtained after killing Lady Dimitrescu One of the key puzzle for the Village Altar. |
| Winged Key | It can be obtained in the chest after the old lady has left and you'll be going back to the Village. Use to unlock the Four-Winged Gate, you'll need to find the other wings in order to get the Four-Winged Key. |
| Jack Handle | It can be obtained through unlocking a safe inside the house around West Old Town. A handle used to operate a Jack Lift. |
| Well Wheel | Obtained inside a locked gate with a note regarding the missing owner. Used for raising up buckets in Wells. |
| Four-Winged Key | Obtained inside the house with Red Chimney. Can be found inside a jewelry box, above the table. Combined with Winged Key it is used to open the gate towards Potter's Field. |
| Luiza's Necklace | Found inside a Jewelry Box in front of Luiza's House in the Village Examine Luiza's Necklace to get Necklace Stone, Necklace with Key |
| Necklace with Key | Obtained after examining Luiza's Necklace and taking the Necklace Stone Remove the stone on Luiza's necklace and obtain the key underneath it. |
| Luiza's Key | Found underneath the stone of Luiza's Necklace Opens the chest where Cesare's Goblet is |
| Blood Covered Ring | Can be found at the left hand of the mannequin inside the Doll Workshop of House Beneviento. Upon cleaning, turns out it's a wedding ring. The code inside the ring will be used to unlock the door. |
| Silver Key | Can be found at the right arm of the mannequin. Can be used to unlock the door in the Doll Puzzle Room |
| Winding Key | Located at the left leg, joint area of the mannequin. It can be used as a key to start up the Music Box. |
| Wedding Ring | Clean the Blood Covered Ring on the sink. After cleaning the ring, turns out it is a Wedding Ring. |
| Tweezers | Can be found inside the music box. Used to pull out the film inside the mannequin's mouth. |
| Film | Can be found inside the mannequin's mouth. Use the film to play a movie. Finish the movie and it will unlock a secret door. |
| Scissors | Find a doll holding a scissor. Can be used for cutting bandages that are blocking the pathway, cutting bandages to get the item at the mannequin's chest and also can be used to destroy the doll of Donna Beneviento. |
| Brass Medallion | Can be found at the mannequin's chest. An item needed to unlock a certain door with three (3) engraved geometric symbols on it. |
| Breaker Box Key | Can be found under the well that is located beneath the red room of the Doll House of House Beneviento. Used to open the circuit breaker. |
| Relief of a Child | Can be found inside the circuit breaker that is located around the kitchen of House Beneviento. Used to open the door to going to the basement room. |
| Fuse | Inside of a bedroom in House Beneviento, proceed to the leftmost area, beside a huge cabinet the fuse box is located there. Used to operate the circuit box. |
| Four-Winged Unborn Key | Can be obtained by combining the Four-Winged key & Unborn Key after defeating Donna Beneviento. Can be used to open the Four-Winged Unborn gate at the Village Altar |
| Legs Flask | Obtain through a table that will elevate beside the doorway. One of the key puzzle to obtain the Giant's Chalice. |
| Sun and Moon Ball | It can be obtained near the Gardens of the House Beneviento after beating Donna Beniviento that is close to a tombstone. Can be used for the puzzle near the Gardens insde an abandoned house with a well & a Crystal Skull will be its reward upon solving the puzzle. |
| Luthier's Key | It can be obtained near the Gardens House Beneviento after beating Donna Beniviento & can be located inside an abandoned house with a well. It is used to unlock the door with a Ciello symbol on the Maiden Of War Village map |
| Boat Key | It can be obtained in the Resevoir, inside an abandoned shack. It used to start up the boat in the Resevoir. |
| Crank | It can be used to wind up the gears in the Resevoir. It can be used at the Gear Wheel where you cannot reach the ladders & can also be used on another gear after you've ziplined to it. |
| Four-Winged Unborn Key | Can be obtained by combining the Four-Winged key & Unborn Key Can be used to open the Four-Winged Unborn gate at the Village Altar |
| Six-Winged Unborn Key | Can be obtained by combining the the Four-Winged key & another pair of wings. Use to open the Six-Winged Unborn Gate |
| Torso Flask | Can be obtained after defeating Urias & proceeding Underground. One of the key puzzle for the Village Altar. |
| Giant's Chalice | Can be obtained once all 4 Flasks have been inserted in It serves as a key access to the Heisenberg Factory. |
| Relief Mold | Can be obtained in the mini boss room inside a green luggage. Take note that once you pick this up, the Soldat will wake up & attack you. This is use as item on the Smelter to craft the Relief Of A Horse Emblem. |
| Relief of a Horse | Can be obtained from the Smelter Factory. This serves as a key to the secret door on the Smelter room. |
| Factory Map (Lower Levels) | Can be obtained in the Foundry of the Factory. Can be used to view the map of the whole area of the Lower Factory. |
| Cog Mold | Can be obtained in the lower grounds of the Factory. Use to craft the Large Cog & can be used to start the backup generator |
| Large Cog | Can be found around level B4 of the Factory. Use the Large Cog to navigate the backup generator machine. |
| Factory Map (Upper Levels) | It is located above the boxes that can be found in a room around in level B2 Grinder Shaft of the Factory. Can be used to view the map of the whole area of the Upper Factory Levels. |
| Ball Mold | Can be found inside a huge suit case. Located at level B2 Grinder Shaft, going inside the ventilation duct. An item used to create an Iron Horse Ball by using a cast iron. |
| Key Mold | Can be found inside a huge suit case located around level B4 Foundry area of the Factory. Obtain Heisenberg's Key by putting the Key Mold to the casting iron. |
| Iron Horse Ball | Obtain by using the Ball Mold through the casting iron located at level B3 of the Factory. Use the Iron Horse Ball to navigate the Labyrinth Puzzle. |
| Heisenberg's Key | Obtain by using the Key Mold through the casting iron located at level B3 of the Factory. Used to unlock the door with the Golden Horse Crest that is locate at B1 of the Factory. |
| Photo of a Strange Bird | There is a hut on the north side of the garden, which can be obtained in the toilet outside the hut. The bird in the picture shows that there is a strange bird in the graveyard, you'll be able to spot it in a tree & if you shoot it, you'll be able to obtain the Juicy Game which can be used for a food ingredient or can be sold for 7200 Lei at the Duke's Emporium |
| Broken Slab | After clearing the House Beneviento chapter. It will be available in the Mausoleum with an Iron Fence in the Graveyard before clearing the Reservoir.Please note that after clearing the Reservoir chapter, the iron fence will be blocked again and you will not be able to obtain it. You can obtain the treasure Berengario's Chalice which can be sold for 18000 Lei, you have to get the Broken Slab to obtain it. If you go to the Beneviento Grave, proceed with caution as a huge enemy will appear. If you were able to kill the huge enemy, you'll be able to obtain the Giant Crystal Axe which can be sold for 30000 Lei. |
| Mermaid Ball | It can be found on Moreau's Lab, it can be obtain in an altar. Located on the way to the underground area where Moreau was Labyrinth Puzzle You'll be able to play it. You can get the Chartreuse Skull by clearing the Labyrinth Puzzle. |
| Arms Flask | It can be obtain during a cutscene with Moreau talking through a TV & eventually spots you & then traps you. One of the key puzzle for the Village Altar. |
