Demon Crest - Map Location
The cabinet outside of Luzia's house can only be unlocked with the Screwdriver you receive when you get the Truck Keys. This can be done after the incident in Luzia's home is completed.
Requires Screwdriver To Unlock Cabinet
Although you can check the Cabinet as soon as you get access to Luiza's Home, you won't be able to open it without the Screwdriver. Examine the Truck Keys you find inside her home to get it.
