After exiting The Final World and ending up in Olympus, the first set of enemies on the staircase to the 2nd level are endless. They spawn about 30 at a time, shadows and neo shadows, and you can gain a level every 5 minutes. Not super fast but effective.

Arendell battle sphere is by far the best xp. Run in and thunder the first group, heal charge, and then Stormwind the second group. When the hammer guy show up, focus on him and your pals will clear the dusks.
