Desperate Measures Campaign Walkthrough Chart
The solution taken by this walkthrough is by framing Charkov!!!

| 1 | Select [Establish Secure Connection]. Talk to Adler then disconnect the call |
| 2 | Head to the room on the second floor and sit on the farthest unoccupied chair |
| 3 | Select any of the dialog options when asked by Zakhaev |
| 4 | Head out of the room and enter the surveillance room |
| 5 | Eliminate the guard inside and hide his body inside the closet |
| 6 | Turn off the surveillance system |
| 7 | Head down the stairs, then use the vents to gain access to the server room |
| 8 | Make your way to the farthest room and access the computer |
| 9 | Select server [876], [599], [345] when asked to select an active switch * Codes may be random |
| 10 | Swap data then print the document |
| 11 | Get to the other end and fake the evidence |
| 12 | Head back out using the vent and talk to Kravechenko |
| 13 | Point out the Charkov is the mole with the Fake Evidence |
| 14 | Take the keycard from the counter after they leave |
| 15 | Talk to the guard to gain access to the bunker |
| 16 | Navigate through the basement |
| 17 | When prompted, use the radio |
| 18 | Open the door, This switches the perspective from Belkov to Bell |
| 19 | Takedown the guards and change clothes |
| 20 | Follow Adler. Open the door |
| 21 | Select any of the options. Go to the checkpoint and place the bag on the counter |
| 22 | Continue after Adler |
| 23 | Quell Zakhaev's suspicion on the elevator ride |
| 24 | Fight your way to the Vault |
| 25 | Plant gas on the vent. Continue after Adler |
| 26 | Use the bunker card to open the Bunker, Use the computer inside |
| 27 | Select Copy to Disk. Survive until it finishes |
| 28 | Leave with Adler. Make your way across the facility |
| 29 | Deploy the Gas and rescue Belikov |
| 30 | Follow Belikov and gear up |
| 31 | Fight your way out |
| 32 | Ride the car and cover for your remaining ally |
| 33 | Shoot down any enemies following you |
4. ~ 18. Navigate Through The Building - Tips
Use KGB Map To Find Objectives
For half the mission, you will need to complete objectives around the headquarters to prevent Belikov from being discovered. Use the map to find locations and the objectives you need to complete.
Alternative: Poison Route
One of the solutions to this mission is to poison Charkov for the key to the bunker. You can do so by visiting Kravchenko's office and getting the Nova-6 poison there. However, we recommend the framing Charkov route as you can easily get an Operation Red Circus evidence while doing it.

Use Office To Circle Around Guards
There will be 2 guards patrolling the inside of ther server room. Peak at corners and use the office layout to maneuver around them. Do not mind the other guard at the far side of the room as he will always remain in position.
9. Select Active Switches - Tips
NOTE: Codes below may be random for each playthrough. We are currently checking if this is true.

For this part, you need to search for the active switches that are not included in the list. Do not worry about being found out by the patrolling guard as you are hidden while using the computer.
23. Quell Zakhaev's Suspicion - Tips
Select Last Week Then Sobol
For our playthrough, we selected the [Last Week] and the [General Sobol] options and Zakhaev exited the elevator with no suspicion.
27. Survive While The Disk Copies - Tips
Weapon Stash To The Left
You can find a selection of weapons to the left of the computer terminal. It has mines, frags, and a number of guns!
Plant Mines & Frags Around Bunker Entrance
The Soviets will try break open the Bunker Door. Before they get in, plant Proximity Mines and Frags around the entrance to get them as they try to enter.

Evidence: Operation Red Circus - How To Get
Evidence - Operation Red Circus can be found on one of the tables inside the Server Room. It's on the left side of the room after exiting the room where you access the computer.
