Appears In Echoes Of A Cold War Mission
Weapons Locker appears in the Echoes Of A Cold War mission. You will find the Weapons Locker after you fell off a zipline and is in the underground part of the Radar Complex. As you move past the frozen bodies, enter the room to your left. Do not worry as you can find the key later!

The prize jewel for opening the weapons locker is the Redeemer Magnum Handgun. Not only does this weapon comes with its own attachments, it can also one-shot most enemies in this level.
