What Are Attachments?
Change Weapon Performance
Attachments are improvements that you can add to your base weapon to increase or alter its stats. Each gun has a different set of attachments and figuring out the right ones is essential in multiplayer. Normally, you are limited to only 5 attachments for a weapon, but you can extend it further to 8 with the Gunfighter Wildcard.

Attachments are unlocked by increasing your weapon's level. The more you use your weapon, the more attachments you acquire to use with it. High-level attachments such as high-capacity magazines and thermal sights are usually rewarded once you reach the maximum weapon level.
