The new zombies map will drop on July 14 2020 as part of the Season 1 mid-season update. Aside from new maps & modes for multiplayer, Zombies mode will be getting a new map - Raid and a Cranked game mode which forces you to kill zombies to reset the time counter or face death by self detonation.

All players can now play zombies for free for a whole week starting July 14! If you don't have the base Cold War game, head on over to play Zombies for free! May require a Blizzard account to access.

New Zombies Map - Raid For Onslaught Mode
Based on the official news source, the new Zombies map is a a modified multiplayer Raid and is exclusive to Onslaught Mode. In Onslaught, 2 players fight against hyper-aggressive waves of undead forces.

As Onslaught Mode is a 1-year PlayStation Only exclusive content, the new map will only be available to those on PlayStation upon release until the exclusivity has passed. No word from the devs on when the Raid map will be released to other Zombies game modes.
