Operation Chaos Decrypt Floppy Disk Code - How To Solve
Floppy Disk Codes Are Random
The decryption of the Floppy Disk code is required to fully complete the Operation Chaos side mission. There is no set answer for this puzzle as the code changes for every playthrough. However, don't sweat it as you can easily solve and decrypt this puzzle by using the process below.

You are required to input a Code and a Passphrase to open the Floppy Disk. For that, you need to have all 3 evidences. Use the Newspaper for the code, then the Coded Message for the Paraphrase. Use the Numbers Station Broadcast as keys to decrypt the code and passphrase.

1. Use Numbers Station Broadcast To Decrypt
Use the numbers and the names listed above to generate the Code and the Passphrase.
2. Use Newspaper For Code
To get the Code, take the red letters on the newspaper. Then use the letters and rearrange them to get an equivalent 4-digit code using the Numbers Station Broadcast evidence.
3. Use Coded Message For Passphrase
For the Passphrase, check the pattern on the Coded Message. In the example above, red numbers increase by 7 and the blue ones with +1, +2, +3.... Combine the solutions to get a 4-digit code. Then refer to the Numbers Station Broadcast and get the equivalent word to get the Passphrase.
