Splits Into Multiple Skulls Upon Impact
Upon initial impact, the Ghast Call explodes and summons Ghosts that hone in on enemies closest to it. These skulls will do damage over time and also explode upon touching an enemy.
Skulls Travels Rather Slowly
A drawback of the Ghast Call is the slow travel speed of the Skulls it summons. The Skulls deals both explosive damage and applies the Terror debuff to enemies it hones in on.
Can Easily Melt Through Enemies
With the amount of Skulls, damage over time, and explosive damage, the Ghast Call can easily melt through enemies. It's also good against most bosses.
Always Comes as a Corrosive Element
The Ghast Call will always spawn with the Corrossive Element. This makes it highly effective against armored enemies.

The Ghast Call is an exclusive Legendary weapon that can only be acquired during the limited-time Bloody Harvest Event. You won't be able to farm for the weapon after the event.

Dropped by Ghosts
Enemies with a mist-type glow around them will release Ghosts when they're defeated. These Ghosts will drop additional loot, which can include regular and event-exclusive Legendary Weapons.
Found Across All Worlds
Ghost-infected enemies, which includes humanoid, robotic, and wildlife enemies, can be found across all locations. It's not only found in the Heck Hole.
Part of Captain Haunt's Loot Pool
The Boss at the end of the Bloody Harvest Event questline, Captain Haunt's loot pool also contains the event exclusive legendary weapons. Farming him will require you to go through the whole Heck Hole every time.
