Dump on Dumptruck - Side Mission Tips
Recommended Level Is 4
This mission is one of your first few bounty missions in Borderlands 3. It has a recommended level of 4 and requires you to defeat a target to complete the side mission.
Defeat Dumptruck
Melee Attack Dumptruck's Shield
Dumptruck uses a shield to protect himself. If you see an opening, use a melee attack to cause him to stagger, moving his shield aside. This is a perfect opening to rain bullets on him.
Get Buttplug Weapon If You Complete Optional Objective
This side mission has an optional objective named "Shoot 'em in the ass". Dumptruck will taunt you and show you his butt - if you shoot it, you'll complete the optional objective & get the Buttplug weapon as a reward.
Shoot Bull's Eyes To Get Electricity To Flow
After defeating Dumptruck, you need to go down the trap door to claim the red chest. Follow the yellow cord and look for the bull's eye above it to burst open a pipe. This will cause water to spill & allow electricity to flow, opening the trap door.
