Wine Room (Bottle) Puzzle is a late-stage puzzle that will uncover extra area and loot once the player defeats one of the daughters of Lady Dimitrescu. Due to the mechanics of the game, players may be locked out of completing this puzzle if they forgot to pick up a key item in the kitchen.

Solve Maroon Eye Door Puzzle First
To gain access to the key wine bottle item, players will need to complete the Maroon Eye Door Puzzle first to unlock the boss fight with daughter of Lady Dimitrescu. Players will need to fight hybrid zombies before confronting her.
Maroon Eye (Ring) Puzzle - Door SolutionPick Up Sanguis Virginis In The Kitchen
After defeating the boss, pick up the Sanguis Virginis from a bucket in the kitchen. Exiting a boss' level also locks it permanently, so pick it up & use it before moving on to another major location.
Missables - Point Of No ReturnPlace The Bottle On Wine Room Stand
Return to the Wine Room in 2F. Place the bottle on the Silver Flower Bottle Stand to unlock a secret room containing a Courtyard Key.
Unlock Courtyard Area For Exploration
Get the key and head to the Dining Room to unlock the gate there. You'll now have the Courtyard to explore.
