1. Obtain Maroon Ring From Statue
After you crawl through the chimney, you'll encounter a Statue door that's your only exit. Pick up the Maroon Ring from the statue to open door & get the key item: Maroon Ring.

You will need to inspect the Maroon Ring in your inventory to get Maroon Eye. The Ring will then disappear.
3. Place Maroon Eye On One-Eyed Door To Open
On the Second Floor, in the Main Hall section, there will be a one-eyed door with blood on its eyes. Use Maroon Eye on the door to open it.
