Jingle Hells Easter Egg - What Is It?
Pet A Blitzenhund
The easter egg in Jingle Hells is that you can pet a Blitzenhund aka Plaguehound, under certain circumstances. Unfortunately, unlike the fixed Coffin Dance easter egg, this involves a little bit of luck.
No Gameplay Effects
Aside from having a momentary companion with your converted Blitzehund, there is no other benefit like weapon drops from this easter egg.
Only In Jingle Hells Mode
Jingle Hells is a holiday makeover of the Die Maschine map. It came together with the Season 1 update and features holiday-themed Zombies, environment, and powerups.

3. Requires Pack-A-Punch
In order to buy the required Brain Rot ammo mod, you need to assemble the Pack-a-Punch first. On average, the earliest that you can get it running is during the 5th wave.

The Brain Rot is essential to do this as you need to convert a Blitzenhund to your side. Buy the ammo mod and fire it at Blitzenhunds. Also, this won't work if you already have an active Zombie ally as you can only convert one enemy at a time.
6. Pet The Blitzenhund
Ironically the hardest part of this easter egg is petting the Blitzenhund as you need it to be docile. If you have active enemies or targets in the area, the Blitzenhund will dash to them instead of following you, locking you out of the option to pet them.
