Area Denial Lethal
The Molotov is a Lethal that breaks upon impact, engulfing the area in flames for 10 seconds. Perfect for defending chokepoints and assaulting enemy defensive positions.
Molotov Lethal Multiplayer Tips
10 Second Burn Time
The flames that the Molotov produces lasts for 10 seconds. Use this to defend chokepoints or when capturing zones. You can also use multiple Molotovs for a lengthier duration or for a larger coverage with the Danger Close Wildcard.
Counter With Flak Jacket
You can equip the Flak Jacket perk to reduce the effects of enemy Molotov flames. Best equip this perk when going against a team that relies heavily on Molotovs.
Can Cover Great Distances
The Molotov can cover great distances, allowing you to deny a certain spot from afar. You can also toss one into windows to damage and possibly kill hunkered enemies.
No Problem With Thermals
Despite emitting hot flames, the fires from the Molotov have no significant impact on Thermal Optics. If you use Thermals, you do not need to worry about the Molotov affecting your visuals.
What Are Lethals?
Lethals are throwable equipment that you can use to deal area damage. They can be used defensively or offensively. Take advantage of them and keep an eye out for opportunities to use them in the battlefield! Change them out using the Custom Loadouts menu.
