You get faster cooldown and more options for your fight with the Quartermaster perk. With this, you can launch more grenades and unload more tacticals.
Recharges 1 Equipment At A Time
The Quartermaster recharges only one equipment at a time. So if you have used both Lethal and Tacticals at the same time, the first one you've used will be the one to recharge first.
