VIP Escort Overview

In this 6v6 game mode, both teams fight to either protect or kill the VIP. The VIP is selected randomly among the extraction team. A point is handed out to the team that manages to extract the VIP, or to the team that kills the VIP. Teams switch roles per round. The first team that reaches 4 points wins the match.
2 Extraction Points Present
The team with the VIP must either escort the VIP to either of the 2 extraction points before the time limit or eliminate all enemies. The defending team has 2 victory conditions: kill the VIP & reach the 2 minute 30 second time limit.
VIP Starts With A Spy Plane
To compensate for the VIP carrying only a handgun, the VIP can call in a Spy Plane Scorestreak per round to help by giving intel to the team.

Players in VIP Escort are downed first before they are eliminated. Downed players are slower and cannot fight back, but they can be revived to get them back into the fight. If enough damage is dealt or enough time lapses during Downed state, the player then gets eliminated for the round.
VIP Escort Gameplay Tips
Defending Team Must Rotate!
As there are 2 extraction points in VIP mode, the defending team must prevent the VIP from reaching these 2 areas, thus splitting the team into 2. Once the enemy team attacks a certain spot, communicate to have the other members guarding the other point to rotate to either flank or reinforce.
Take Advantage Of The Spy Plane
The VIP team starts with 1 less capable member as the VIP is only armed with a pistol. However, the VIP can call in a Spy Plane to determine the locations of enemies. Use this intel to coordinate your attack and plot a course to extract the VIP.
