Reward for Raiders of the Lost Rock Side Mission
The Porcelain Pipe Bomb can only be acquired by completing the Raiders of the Lost Rock Side Mission. This grenade mod is not lootable and will never appear as drops.
Side Mission Will Only Show Up After "Going Rogue"
The Raiders of the Lost Rock side mission cannot be done until you've cleared the Going Rogue Main Mission. It will not show up until you get to that point in the story.
