Located inside the Riverbank Treasure House. Complete the Brazier Puzzle to gain access to the room where the Golden Lady Statue is found.

Shoot the hanging brazier to light the two Braziers to the sides.
Enter the room with the hole on the ground. An enemy will spawn here, but don't kill it.
Lure it to the room with hanging brazier. Have it touch the Brazier to light itself on fire
Lure it to the next room where there's a solitary Brazier in the middle. Light the Brazier by having the lit enemy near it
Enter the now opened room. The Golden Lady Statue will be on the Altar there
Golden Lady Statue - Map Location
Using the Boat from the Lone Road, head south until you get to a dock. Leave the boat and turn right to get to the Riverbank Treasure House.
