1 | From the starting point, head straight till you get to the area with petrified humans |

2 | Follow the creature at the back end of the area to trigger a cutscene |
3 | Defeat the Empusas that appear |
4 | Continue past the wall, and vault over it |
5 | Head to the area with the Pegasus statue |
6 | Defeat the Hell Cainas |
7 | Enter the Chiaro Mondo Hotel |
8 | Clear the Empusa that spawn in the hotel and courtyard |
9 | Head up the Hotel and enter through the door on the right |
10 | Circle around the room to get to the door blocked by tentacles |
11 | After the cutscene, immediately head left and use the Nidhogg Hatchling on the obstacle |
12 | Pass through the new doorway, and head left to enter a building |
13 | Go up the stairs, and enter the room in the hall on the right side |
14 | Defeat the Hell Cainas that spawn |
15 | Continue along the path, and use a Nidhogg Hatchling to unblock your way |
16 | A tentacle will block your way, so head to the room to your right |
17 | Pass through the room's door, and enter the first doorway on your left |
18 | Defeat the Hell Cainas in the room |
19 | Go out of the room, and jump down from the balcony |
20 | Head to the right side of the Crossroads, and get the Nidhogg Hatchling |
21 | Head back to the blocked area to trigger a cutscene |
22 | Defeat the Hell Antenoras that spawn |
23 | Use the Nidhogg Hatchling on the blocked area |
24 | Continue down the path, and head to the phone booth to call Nico |
25 | After customizing, head up the path, behind the van to trigger a cutscene |

Mission 2 Tips & Tricks
3, 8. Defeating Empusa - Tips
Focus On One Enemy At A Time
Empusas are not very fast enemies. You can easily handle them by focusing on one enemy at a time. When you see more enemies getting too close, relocate further away, and pull one closer to you.
3. Find Gold Orb To Right Of Defeating Empusas
After the battle, you can find a Gold Orb by double jumping over the raised piece of road to the right of the area where you first fought the Empusas. The Gold Orb is at the dead end of the area.

After defeating the Empusas and moving forward, the path will split into two. Take the right path & jump up the ledge. Go into the hole in the wall and into a small room. Break the red orbs growing on trees here to get the trophy "Where The Red Orbs Grow".

Easy To Dodge Attacks Cause Of Slow Wind Up
Hell Cainas have a slow wind up, which makes them easy to dodge. You can read them telegraphing their attacks when they start to lift their scythes behind them. When they do this, dodge out of the way to avoid getting hit.
14. After Defeating Hell Cainas - Tips
Collect Blue Orb Fragment
At a room where Nidhogg is located, the floor will break down while combat, and create a hole. This floor holds a Blue Orb Fragment that you can get.

Secret Mission Available
The wall around the doorway will have a symbol drawn onto it. Align it correctly to unlock and complete the Secret Mission 01.
20. Before Getting The Nidhogg Hatchling - Tips
Collect Blue Orb Fragment
Before making a left to the Nidhogg Hatchling, you will find a Devil Breaker on the right side of the path. Jump up onto the platform, and into an opening on the building to find a Blue Orb Fragment waiting for you.

Slow, But Long Attacks
Hell Antenoras are generally slow, but they have a string of attacks. Do not get close to them until they finish their attacks so as to avoid getting hit.
24. Calling Nico - Tips
Customize As Soon As She Appears
Once Nico appears, you will have the chance to customize your loadout. Make sure that you do since this is your last chance to stock up on equipment before fighting Goliath.

Goliath's attacks are pretty easy to dodge due to their slow wind up. When he starts his attack animation, stop your combo, dodge out of the way.
Steer Clear Of His Fire Vacuum Attack
Goliath will also attack with fire from his belly that will suck in anything in its path. It is best to run away from the Fire Vacuum's direction, and Break Away when you are caught.
Collect Green Orbs When Low On Health
When you are low on health, it is best to keep an eye out for Green Orbs in the area to restore some of your health. It is best only to collect these, when your health is dangerously low.
Use Guns To Chip Away At His Health
There are times when Goliath will not let you near him because of his attacks. If you are far away, you can use your guns to chip away at his health.
Charge Up Devil Breakers To Deal Massive Damage
You can charge up your Devil Breakers to deal a ton of damage to the Goliath. It is best to use the Gerbera since it can shoot a laser beam from far away.
