Red Orbs

Used To Strengthen Your Character
Red Orbs are crystallized demon blood. These are DMC's in-game currency and used to purchase skills and items from Nico's Shop. They can be collected throughout the map, by defeating enemies, and etc.

Instantly Gain Back A Portion Of Your Health
Green Orbs are orbs used to recover your vitality bar when picked up. The amount of vitality recovered depends on the amount of green orbs you pick up.
White Orbs

Recover Your Devil Trigger Gauge
White Orbs can help you recover some of your Devil Trigger so you can use stronger attacks in battle! If you want to execute a devastating attack, but are lacking some Devil Trigger, look around for White Orb Crystals!
Blue Orbs

| - Obtain as a reward for completing Secret Missions - Collecting four Blue Orb Fragments around different areas during missions - Can be purchased from the shop using Red Orbs |
Increase Your Maximum HP
Blue Orbs are used to lengthen your character's life gauge. You need to collect 4 Blue Orb fragments to create one whole Blue Orb. These are hidden throughout the map or received when completing secret missions.

Increase Your Devil Trigger Limit
Purple Orbs, when collected, increase the length of a character's Devil Trigger (DT) gauge. In previous DMC games, these are usually purchased in the shop by using Red Orbs.

Avoid Getting A Game Over
Gold Orbs are very useful since they continue the game for you when you are killed in battle. However, since these are very useful items, they are very hard to come by when playing Devil May Cry 5. Use them wisely, and sparingly!
