Rebellion

Devil May Cry 5 Dante Weapon Arsenal - Rebellion

Rebellion is the sword that is left to Dante by his demon father Sparda. Despite its size, Dante can swing it around fast to make quick and painful slashes towards his enemies.

Rebellion Abilities

Abilities Description
Rebellion Combo A Perform a rapid three-stage combo
Rebellion Combo B A riff on Rebellion Combo A. Damage enemies behind while attacking those in front
Helm Breaker A devastating overhead attack with enough power to shatter even the sturdiest of demonic skull bones
High Time Lunge forward and send the enemy into the air. Hold to join the enemy in the air for quick follow-up slices
Stinger A high-speed lunge attack toward the enemy that skewers them through the middle. While the Devil Trigger is active, the attack is more powerful, but expends the DT Gauge
Stinger 2 A powered-up version of the classic piercing attack. Has longer range than the original
Million Stab Rush in to stab the enemy with blinding speed. Repeatedly tap for more stabs

Balrog

Devil May Cry 5 Dante Weapon Arsenal - Balrog

Balrog is a Devil Arm that is empowered by the sealed power of the king of Fire Hell. It has two modes - Kick Mode & Blow Mode, both allowing Dante to make powerful hits in hand-to-hand combat.

Balrog Abilities

Abilities Description
Mode Change Switches between the rapid punches of Blow Mode and the punishing kicks of Kick Mode. The moves at your disposal differ depending on the mode
Ignition Activated by specific actions during Blow Mode or Kick Mode. Emits a burst of Balrog's superheated energy, temporarily boosting your attack capabilities
Ignition 2 Upgraded version of the Ignition attack buff technique. Effects remain active for longer
Ignition 3 Ultimate evolution of the Ignition attack buff technique. Dramatically lengthens effect duration
Light Blow Perform an agile punch combo
Feather Combo Perform a rapid three-hit aerial combo
Switch Kick Cut loose with a kick as you switch from Blow Mode to Kick Mode
Heavy Jolt Quickly dash inside the enemy's defenses and leave them reeling with a massive strike
Fly Dragon After charging forward with Heavy Jolt, send out your left fist to pound enemies into the air
Welter Move Ride your own momentum after an attack to keep yourself clear of enemy counters. Tilt the LStick left or right to dodge in that direction
Bantam Revenge Execute a counter in the direction you dodged with Welter Move. Slip through enemy attacks and lay on the pain
10 Counts In Blow Mode, land repeated punches to raise the counter. Reaching a certain number triggers Ignition. Taking damage, jumping, or evading will reset the counter to zero
Balrog Combo A Whip yourself into a spin to deliver a whirlwind of three hard kicks
Balrog Combo B A stylish Balrog Combo A spin-off. You high-speed spin kicks will pull in nearby enemies for more punishment
Friction Slam downward with a powerful kick from mid-air
Switch Blow Let rip with a punch attack as you switch from Kick Mode to Blow Mode
Updraft A high-flying flip kick that launches enemies upward. Great for intercepting airborne foes
Rolling Blaze Jumping discharges a blast wave that damages nearby enemies
Heat Up Dazzle the dance floor and trigger Ignition. You take additional damage while Heat Up is active

Cavaliere

Devil May Cry 5 Dante Weapon Arsenal - Cavaliere

Cavaliere is a unique heavy weapon that is also a motorbike. It can grind enemies to a pulp or be split and crush demons into powder with its sheer power.

Cavaliere Abilities

Abilities Description
Gear Wheel Land this attack to drag the enemy into the spinning wheel, dealing combo damage
Low Gear While Gear Wheel is active, press another button for this follow-up attack
Top Gear While the Gear Wheel is active, wait for the weapon to glow before pressing another button for a quicker follow-up attack
Overtop Gear While Gear Wheel is activem press another button just as the attack finishes to trigger a much quicker and more powerful follow-up attack
Cavaliere Combo A Ride your momentum into a three-stage combo attack. Gear Wheel is active during the first and second stages. Chains into Cavaliere Combo B in Swordmaster style. While Devil Trigger is active, the attack is more powerful, but expends the DT Gauge
Air Cavaliere Combo A A two-stage combo attack whirling your twin Cavaliere in mid-air. Activates Gear Wheel. If using Swordmaster style, you can chain into Air Cavaliere Combo B during the combo
Cross Line Cross over your twin Cavaliere for a devastating slam attack. Activates Gear Wheel
Slipstream Ride your momentum forward and cross over your twin Cavaliere for a devastating slam attack. Activates Gear Wheel. Can chain into Cavaliere Combo A or Cavaliere Combo B's second step
Slipstream 2 An upgrade to the Slipstream pincer attack. Lengthens your movement distance before the strike
Highside This high-velocity attack ramps you skyward after the enemy you hit. Activates Gear Wheel
Braking Drag airborne enemies into the spinning wheels and dive into a backbreaking ground impact. Activates Gear Wheel
Idling Send enemies flying with blows from your twin Cavaliere

Dante's demon father's sword of his own name. Holding a immense demonic power within, this sword was what was used to seal away the former demon king Mundus.

Sparda Combo B A remix of Sparda Combo A. Damage enemies behind while attacking those in front

High Time The blade warps into an infernal scythe to launch enemies skyward. Hold to follow the launched enemy and administer the coup de grace
Stinger The blade shifts into a spear shape to run enemies through in the blink of an eye. While Devil Trigger is active, the attack is more powerful, but expends the DT Gauge
Stinger 2 A powered-up version of the Stinger that strikes enemies at a longer range
Million Stab Morph your blade into a spear, close the distance to the enemy, and slash them to pieces. Repeatedly tap for more slashes

Aerial Rave Trap the enemy in a mid-air blitz of sword strikes
Helm Breaker A devastating overhead attack with enough power to shatter even the sturdiest of demonic skulls
High Time Propel enemies upward with a might sword slash. Hold to leap up with them for follow up attacks
Stinger Race toward the enemy and skewer them on your sword-point before they can react. While Devil Trigger is active, the attack is more powerful, but expends the DT Gauge
Stinger 2 A powered-up version of the Stinger that strikes enemies at a longer range
Million Stab Rush into the enemy's face and give them the pincushion treatment. Repeatedly tap for more stabs
Drive This blistering sword swing creates a shockwave that damages distant enemies. Hold to make it hit harder
Over Drive A follow-up strike to Drive that lets fly two more shockwaves in rapid succession
Swords Formation Conjures four swords that automatically attack, evade, and block on your behalf. Swords disappear after a set time. Consumes 2 units of the DT Gauge
Swords Formation 2 An upgrade to Swords Formation. Extends time swords can be summoned for, and shortens cooldown until they can be summoned once more
Swords Formation 3 The ultimate evolution of Swords Formation. The swords can be summoned for a much longer time, and have a much shorter cooldown until they can be summoned once more
Chaser Your conjured swords follow up your melee weapon strikes with automatic attacks
Interceptor Your conjured swords detect nearby threats and slash automatically to keep them at bay
Reactor Increases the number of times you can repeatedly jump, dash, and use Sky Star and Air Trick
Escort Blocking attacks causes your conjured swords to stand guard around you, charging the Royal Gauge. The swords will block incoming attacks, lessening the damage

Built for close range combat, Coyote-A is a shotgun modified by Dante to help in his fight against the demons. It can be quite slow but has incredibly powerful firepower in close quarter combat.

A special anti-demon sword created for Nero, the Red Queen can be revved up to burst into flames - burning all enemies that get hit by its burning blade.

Red Queen Abilities

Abilities Description
Streak A magnificent rushing attack that sweeps up surrounding enemies.
Split A violent descending slash that slams through an enemy and splits them right down the middle.
Red Queen Combo A A quick and dirty 4-hit sword combo.
Red Queen Combo B A series of heavy blows deal massive damage to anything unlucky enough to get in the way.
Red Queen Combo C A flashy sword combo versatile enough to lay out unsuspecting foes over a wider area.
Red Queen Combo D A brutal series of strikes culminating in a powerful final blow.
Aerial Combo A series of mid-air sword slashes.
High Roller Cleave into an enemy, launching them skyward. Continue holding to follow the enemy into the air.
EX High Roller High Roller powered up by the Red Queen's Exceed system. Revolutions increase depending on the EX-gauge level.
Roulette Spin Spin the Red Queen's blade in mid-air, cutting up enemies. This attack will allow you to gain a little altitude.
Shuffle After avoiding an attack by backstepping, rush forward and counter with a powerful blow.
Payline A swift mid-air strike that exploits an enemy's weak point. Brushes off enemy attacks when activated.
Hard Way A swift strike that exploits an enemy's weak point. Brushes off enemy attacks when activated.
Calibur Streak towards your foe in mid-air and strike with a heavy blow.
Exceed Unleash powerful attacks by igniting propellant in the blade. Consume one stock of EX-gauge to use level one Exceed moves.
Exceed 2 An upgrade to the Exceed system, consume two stocks of the Ex-gauge to use level 2 Exceed moves.
EX-Act Activate Exceed after an attack to fill one stock of your Exceed gauge.
Max-Act Right after an attack, activate Exceed with perfect timing to max out your Exceed gauge.

Blue Rose

Blue Rose is a special revolver that shoots two bullets at the same time. It specializes in hitting long-range targets and Nero has a special "Color Up" skill that allows this gun to hit multiple targets at once.

Blue Rose Abilities

Abilities Description
Normal Shot Fire two bullets at once.
Color Up Load up special bullets with more power than regular bullets. Hold to fill up the bullet gauge, letting you fire three shots once the gauge is full.
Color Up 2 Pack even more power into your Color Up shots. Hold down to fill up the bullet gauge, letting you fire three shots once the gauge is full.
High Shot Fire special bullets more powerful than your regular ammo. Multiple hits will stun the enemy.

Nero's Devil Breakers

Devil May Cry 5 Use Nero

Built to replace Nero's lost arm, Devil Breakers allow him to make combos & powerful attacks, depending on what he equips. It also lets him use the ability Wire Snatch - sending a wire that can pull enemies towards Nero or bring Nero closer to his targets.

Familiar - Shadow

Devil May Cry 5 V Familiar - Shadow

Normally a four-legged beast, Shadow transforms into different forms - needles, blades, etc. to attack enemies. When Shadow is summoned, V's speed is boosted, allowing him to move around more quickly.

Shadow's Abilities

Abilities Description
Shadow Combo A Follow up Shadow's claw attack with a series of piercing tentacle strikes. Automatically becomes an air attack for airborne targets
Shadow Combo B An extra combo for Shadow, knocking away enemies with a swing of his tail and rending them with enormous fangs
Shadow Combo C A combo to follow up Shadow's claw attack, changing his neck into a whip to flay nearby foes
Breakthrough Shadow dives into the ground and dashes ahead, attacking with tentacles as it moves
Hedgehog Shadow transforms into spikes that jut out in all directions to attack
Hedgehog 2 This upgrade to Hedgehog adds needles that erupt from the ground behind Shadow
Arbiter Shadow's tail transforms into an axe to launch foes. Hold to have him follow enemies into the air

Round Robin Move Griffon near V and unleash electric strikes across the area
Round Robin 2 This Round Robin upgrade rains even more electric strikes on foes in the area

Flank Attack Griffon charges at enemies, launching them into the air
Double Check Use Griffon's power to fire an electric shock

When V summons Nightmare, he calls upon a brutal beast with massive strength and insane durability. It can pound enemies to the ground with its fist or disintegrate foes with its high-intensity laser beams.

Critical Position Nightmare sweeps a laser attack from ground to sky
Desperado Nightmare swings down both fists for a hearty ground slam
