When you consume the Dog Bone it will summon a strong friendly Hell Hound companion. The pet Hellhound, like the ones you can get at Dog Houses, will follow you and attack nearby enemies until its health runs out.

How To Get The Dog Bone Schematic

Can Only Be Obtained Inside Hard-Level Dark Aether Rift

The Schematics for Aether Blade Case, Dog Bone, and Golden Armor Plate are released in Season One and categorized as Classified.

To obtain these Schematics, you must enter the hard level of Dark Aether Rift by spending an Elder Sigil on the back side of the Triangular Portal.

How To Get Sigil and Elder Sigil

Step 1: Enter The Hard-Level Dark Aether Rift

SigilSigilHow To Get: Obtained by defeating the Mega Abomination which appears after placing the four Key Items on the Pedestals.
*Thereafter, it will also be available as a Tier 3 contract reward.
How To Use: Use it on the surface of the Triangular Portal to enter the Dark Aether Rift.
Elder SigilElder SigilHow To Get: Obtained at a low rate by completing the contracts in the Dark Aether Rift.
How To Use: Use it on the back side of the Triangular Portal to enter the Dark Aether Rift of higher difficulty.

Find the Dark Aether Rift on the map, then go to the back of the Triangular Portal and spend an Elder Sigil to activate the hard level of Dark Aether Rift.

Step 2: Complete One Of The Contracts

Find The Bunny On A Stone Tower

After entering the Dark Aether Rift, you will see three bunnies flying to three different places. Each of them offers a Contract and a Schematic as a reward.

Completing any of the following three Contracts will earn you a Schematic:

  • Escort
  • Outlast
  • Aether Extractor

You can obtain the Dog Bone Schematic by completing one Contract, the Golden Armor Plate Schematic for two Contracts, and the Aether Blade Schematic for three Contracts.

They can be done in any order, but you can only obtain the Golden Armor Plate and Aether Blade Schematic if you complete two and three Contracts in one single match. You won't be able to obtain the Aether Blade Schematic by completing 2 Contracts, coming back in another match and completing the one you missed before.
