Headquarters
Secure the Headquarters objective and hold the position as long as possible to accrue points. Dig in tight, as respawns are disabled for the defending team. The objective rotates around the map throughout the match.
Team Gunfight
In this version of Gunfight, players compete in 6v6 across standard Multiplayer maps. As with traditional Gunfight, all players will receive the same randomized Loadout at the start of each round. This Loadout changes throughout the match.
Infected
Begin the match with one player randomly assigned as the starting infected. The infected player’s goal is to eliminate and transform all the other players into infected Operators who then join their side, while the remaining survivors prevent that
Ranked Mode
MWIII Ranked Play will be available to all players who have reached Level 55. However it will not be available immediately after the Season 1 Reloaded update.
Compete in a new Supe’d Up version of Kill Confirmed inspired by the hit TV series The Boys. In this twist on the classic mode, fallen Operators drop doses of Temp V, giving temporary power boosts like Heat Vision to those who swoop in to collect them.

Update Details
On November 9, an update was released for PC and consoles upon the launch of the game. This included many changes such as stability, bug fixes, maps and gameplay. See below for some of the significant changes.
Campaign
Checkpoint loading errors have been solved
Fixed UI-related crashes that occurred while navigating menus
Resolved crash bugs when loading into some missions
Resolved audio and dialogue bugs in some cutscenes
Fixed a bug in which Supply Boxes will not open on first attempt

Multiplayer UIX
Added a HUD element that displays the player’s current streak after each kill
Tac-Stance toggle state is now indicated in the lower-right area of the HUD
Match Stats are now available during gameplay via a new tab in the Scoreboard
Detailed Statistics are now viewable while choosing an Attachment in the Gunsmith
Multiplayer Maps
Added spawn anchors to many maps

On November 8, a massive CoD HQ update of over 100 GB was released for PC and each of the consoles. Many of you may be surprised by the size of the file, but this is a preloaded update for MW3 and does not include any changes to the game system or data itself.
