Pikachu Ex can constantly deal powerful 90 point damage

The main card Pikachu ex is a powerful Pokemon as it has easy-to-use 2 energy and 90 damage attacks without any disadvantages. Since it is a Basic Pokemon, Pikachu is easy to bring into play, and once Pikachu is ready, you can continuously deal damage.

You Can Only Electric Type Pokemon

Since this is a deck mainly using the attack Circle Circuit, it is difficult to use Pokemon other than Electric Type. To fill the bench, use about 6 to 8 Electric Basic Pokemon.

Battle Using Multiple Pokemon ex

The deck only has Pokemon with a retreat cost of 1 or less. The deck benefits from using multiple Pokemon to attack, so it's strong against decks that can't One-Hit Knock Out your Pokemon.
