Rules that Normally Don't Apply
"Pokemon with special rules" refers to Pokemon that have their own special settings. Pokemon that have rules are mainly special rules that are written in the bottom right of the card.
Battle Rules And ChangesOnly ex Rules as of now
In Pokemon TCGP, only "ex rules" related to Pokemon ex are implemented at the time of release. The ex rule is "When your Pokemon ex is Knocked Out, your opponent gets 2 points."

In Pokemon TCGP where you need to score 3 points to win, it seems unlikely that the rule for getting 3 points upon knocking out a Pokemon will be implemented. However, some of the other rules may be likely to be added.
